## What is Dog Walk Forecast?

Before you clip on the leash, check whether your dog's paws and breathing will be OK right now.
Dog Walk Forecast judges paw-burn risk from hot pavement and heatstroke risk separately, and scores each walk for your dog's breed, age, size and build.
Maron, a golden retriever puppy, guides you through today's walk.

■ Walk forecast at a glance
• A 0–100 score for your dog with a clear call: "Walk OK!", "Keep it short" or "Skip for now"
• Paws (burn risk) and breathing (heatstroke risk) in three levels: Safe, Caution, Danger
• Flat-faced breeds, puppies, seniors, small and chubby dogs are judged more cautiously
• Tap the score to see what heat, pavement, rain, wind, UV and cold added

■ Find the right time
• Recommended morning and evening walk times
• Hourly walk forecast for today and tomorrow
• 7-day forecast with a weekly walk plan
• Weather alerts: while a severe alert is in effect, now is "Skip for now"
• Your current location or any city worldwide, shown in that place's local time

■ Weather cards
• WBGT, pavement temperature, rain and wind, humidity, pressure, sunrise and sunset, UV, and ticks & mosquitoes
• Tap "i" on a card for how it works and the sources

■ Your weather guide
• Maron walks in the sun, wears a raincoat in the rain and sleeps at night
• With Premium, choose from more dogs of many breeds, like a French Bulldog, Labrador Retriever and German Shepherd

■ Watch during walks
• See the time left before the danger zone on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island
• Get notified when the danger zone starts, plus optional rest reminders
• After the walk, check how long to let breathing settle

■ Walk log
• Each watched walk is saved with its weather and walk forecast
• Tap to note how it went, like "Panted a little" or "Avoided the ground"

■ Share with family (Premium)
• Tap "Walked" and the time appears on your family's screens (up to 6 people)
• Only the person who invites needs Premium. Only the time and a name are shared, for that day only

■ Also
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, and a Dog Card with Gotcha Day
• No ads, no account. Your dog's details and walk logs stay on your device

■ Places in Japan only
Rain radar, nationwide weather, Japan Meteorological Agency warnings, yellow dust and PM2.5, approaching thunder and seasonal care.

■ Premium (monthly / yearly, auto-renewing)
The walk forecast, forecasts and walk log are free. Premium adds unlimited walk watching (3 per month free), your dog's trends after 10 logged walks, a morning notice on extra-hot days, more than one dog, sharing with family, and more weather guides.

■ Please note
• Walk forecasts, pavement temperatures and WBGT are estimates and may differ from actual conditions. Always check the ground and your dog.
• This app does not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment advice.
• Judgments use our own criteria based on the WBGT categories of Japan's Ministry of the Environment and public materials by veterinarians.
• Data: Apple Weather (forecasts, and alerts outside Japan; in the U.S., from the National Weather Service) and the Japan Meteorological Agency (Japan-only features).
• Not an official app of any weather agency or government. Developed by an individual.
