So I just redownloaded this app and straight away I get an ad, the I try to type in a specific frequency and it doesn’t backspace so you can’t type in any other frequency, also I tried to tap on the email button and even that’s broken. Also I payed the $2 for premium and still get ads. I want my money back.

Four stars because as everyone else says, the ads are ridiculous.  Anywho, got neighbors next to me who are the oh so common types of humans who MUST have a dog but just CAN’T keep it cared for or stimulated (you guys know who you are and SHAME ON YOU.)  They just put it outside and let it BARK at my window all day long.  This is why I don’t tend to like humans in general, though as it’s beside the matter, I digress: this thing shut THAT thing UP right away.  The dog now seems to know that if it wants to “b word” at the neighborhood all day, it needs to go in its BACKYARD, not in the FRONT by MY window at 7 A. F’ing 30 in the morning .  I can’t wait to see if my neighbor figures out what I’m doing and has the audacity to confront me (I’m a way bigger man physically than he is so I can EASILY knock him into next week if he gets too bold with me.)  I can’t wait to tell them, “no you and your family are not fit to own a dog and if you want me to stop, come pry this phone out of my hand you little man.  Otherwise go inside and realize I found a productive and LEGAL way to deal with your irresponsibility with animals (which on the other hand, SHOULD be illegal.)  Now if you’ll excuse me - beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep!”

PS: Also if YOU own a dog but just leave it outside to bark at your neighbors, PLEASE be a good human and give it away to an owner that will CARE for it - DON’T wait for US, your neighbors to have to download this app to deal with YOUR problem, you utter grown children.  However if YOU have an awful neighbor like this, and we mostly all do because humans are on average, well - lacking a care in the world to say the least - give this app a shot because it works for me at least.  Did I mention that already?  It works!

TLDR: this app worked for me in shutting my selfish jerk dog-neglecting backyard-leaving-outside neighbor’s dog UP.  BAD HUMANS, BAD!

I understand ADs are necessary in some instances. The incessant ADs in this app make it difficult to use for anything. Need to stop a bark?  You have 30sec till an AD. Want to use this app for training? OH, pause training for an AD. 
No thanks. Deleting.

You turn your phone volume up to max for a more effective whistle..... then an obnoxious video ad for some random game kicks in (they arent even relevant to the use of the whistle...).

I've used the free version for years to do various things like generating specific frequency tones for servicing stuff, getting rid of annoying birds outside my window, annoying the kids for fun and moving on barky dogs so I thought it was about time I paid for it. I hate paying for apps but for me the developer has truly earned it and it is worth every penny :)

The dog whistle works to keep deer away while I’m walking my dog in the yard. Apparently, deer don’t like the tone and move away from it. My dog goes nuts when he sees deer, so I use the dog whistle and it gives me peace of mind and I don’t have to stress over my dog pulling away from me to chase deer. The whistle doesn’t seem to affect my dog, which works for me.

Seriously, get a cat. I have this Autistic girl neighbor who encourages her dog to bark at 11 in the morning, we live 2 minutes away from a dog park, she just cant train it to stop barking so i got this app and i may not be able to go back to sleep but atleast i can get back at the annoying dog for waking me uo
