## What is DogEarMovie?

One favorite scene of the movie of the camera roll is a photo as it is!
You can now also make Live Photos with version up!
Just choose the scene you like and tap!


It is an application that saves one scene of a movie as a photo as it is on the camera roll with simple operation.

With version upgrade, it can now be saved as Live Photos.

基本的に満足しているんですけど、もう前みたいにHDR動画には対応してくれないのでしょうか？

折角iPhoneで撮影したDolbyVision動画だったり、GoProから読み込んだHDR10であったり、iPhoneではちゃんとHDR表示も出て綺麗に再生してくれます。

以前のバージョン（3.2.0ぐらいだったかな？）では、作ったライブフォトから動画として保存しても、ちゃんとHDRとして認識してくれててあの頃が一番良かったと感じています！

ちなみに今のバージョンでは、800MBぐらいのHDR動画が、トランスコードされてしまうのか230MBぐらいのHDRではない物へと変わってしまいます。

変換の過程で、多少ファイルサイズなどに影響が出るのは仕方がないとして、出来るのであれば動画データのパススルー出力をオンオフ出来るスイッチを搭載してくれたら、素晴らしいと感じています♪

折角のシンプルなインターフェイスで使える神アプリなので、HDRの色情報をそのまま残してくれる要素が追加される事を心から願っています。

もちろん、HDRを必要としない人も沢山いると思いますので、パススルーのオンオフ切り替え辺りが妥当だと感じました。

いつも良いアプリを提供してくれて本当にありがとう御座います！

また、動画の読み込みですが、大変お手数をお掛け致しますが、アップデートしても、写真アプリの利用を許可しても、改善されないようでしたら、一度、以下の点をご確認いただけますでしょうか。


・iCloud最適化を行っているか？
設定の写真で、iCloud写真をオンに設定している場合は、端末の動画が自動的にiCloudにアップされ、端末から動画本体が削除されている場合があります。
その場合は、インターネット接続がないと動画を取得できない為、再生できない場合がありますのでご注意ください。
一度、写真アプリで動画が問題なく再生されるかご確認頂き、スムーズに再生が可能な場合は、もう一度お試し頂けますでしょうか。

また、iCloudより動画を取得する場合、端末に十分な空き容量がない場合、クラッシュが発生してしまうようです。
iCloudで最適化が行われている場合は、再生をするタイミングで、端末に実ファイルがない場合、ダウンロードして再生するはずなので、容量不足が発生する可能性があります。
端末の残り容量が少ない場合（動画のファイルの大きさにもよると思いますが、10GB以上ぐらい空き容量があった方がよいと思います）は、不要なファイルの削除、又は、アプリの削除を行い、もう一度ご確認いただけないでしょうか。
（以前、FABoLLの他のアプリで同じ現象が発生したユーザー様より、空き容量を9GBにしたら再生できた、というご連絡を頂いた事があります）


上記をご確認いただいても改善されない場合は、一度、端末事態の再起動をお試し頂けないでしょうか？
以前、アプリが強制終了してしまうというユーザー様が、端末を再起動したら問題なく動画が再生できるようになった、というケースがありました。


動画が読み込みできない問題に関しましては、私の方でも、iPhone3台、iPad1台でテストを行ったのですが、問題が発生せず、まだ原因がわかっておりません。
申し訳ございません。
私の見解としては、端末側に何か問題が発生してしまったのでは無いかと考えております。
お手数ですが、上記をご確認いただけますでしょうか。

「今度は動画データの読み込みすら出来なくなってしまいました」ということですが、一度、設定アプリより、DogEarMovieに対して、写真アプリへの権限があるかどうかご確認いただけますでしょうか。

「ついこの間から、作成したLivePhotosのサイズが縦横3倍ぐらいの大きさになって」ということですが、iPhoneを買い替えた、iOSのバージョンをアップデートした、などの変更はありましたでしょうか？

こちらでも一度状況を確認させて頂きます。
不具合が見つかり、修正出来次第、新しいバージョンをリリースさせて頂きます🙇‍♂️

とても良いアプリで動画からキャプチャを取り出すのに重宝しています…が、フレームごとに保存していると時々前後1フレームだけずれたキャプチャが保存されてしまう時があります。
この点は直してほしいです。

とても便利で愛用しているのですが、HDRムービーを開いた直後はHDRで表示されるんですが、なぜか次第に暗くなっていきます。アプリを開き直すと元の明るさに戻ります。
