On top of this, they tell me I need to withdraw funds because they can't "provide services" and then they REFUSE WITHDRAWALS. This is an out and out scam. Never trust Freewallet with a dime! Update: now they have demanded I get the transaction data from an exchange that is NO LONGER OPERATING. That's right, these total criminals are trying to find ANY excuse to steal the funds! Update: now they are trying to say the bank statement I sent them was "edited" despite it being directly downloaded from the bank. The 3 guys that run this take over a month to reply to emails for help. I’ve had missing btc since February and it’s August now. Looked up the 3 people on linked in and ya They all have links to the shady company’s. Do not hold anything in your wallet with this company your funds will disappear and they act like it’s your fault when you won’t even have a transaction out history. Again absolutely do not use this app you will lose your money first 100 poof gone sent $10 more poof never even arrived nor refunded to my coinbase. In the end I’m out $110 not much but was enough to see this app is not to be trusted with any funds. (Side note they will get your sell request and sit on it till a crash and then send you the lowest amount they could of that day. I have over 100k worth of dodgecoin of a 50 dollar investment from 5 years ago and they are not letting me access it. I contacted that Lauren email, they made a ticket and then replied with some nonsense. I told them that didn’t work and the response after was that they are closing all complain tickets. Did not even help me resolve the issue. I would love to know who is the owner of this company. My man set up the perfect scam for people. I not only can not use this app to invest i am now worried that my info has been given to a scammer. I have down loaded the app twice a few weeks apart, thinking i did something wrong but again, they don’t actually send a link or have any way for me to buy or sell crypto currency’s. **Developer response:** Hi there! I found out about a better app to put dogecoin into and wanted to transfer my dogecoin from my old trading app to this wallet, to move it to the new app. However, now any time I try to deposit dogecoin into my new account from this app, when I put in the wallet address, it says “Send coins to” with nothing after it.
