This is a total waste of money. It doesn’t work as described and is really false advertising. I am owed a refund!

Bought this app today in preparation for a visit to the Doge’s Palace in Venice. Although I was able to access the Introduction to the palace, I couldn’t go any farther.  The app simply froze despite uninstalling and reinstalling it.  This app is a waste of money.  Don’t buy it!

Deceptive marketing inside the app makes you think that you’re getting an augmented reality app of the palace. You are not, there’s minimal text. That’s it. Wikipedia has more information than this. It’s completely useless.

The downloadable maps don’t actually show you the layout of the palace. Hard to find information that relates to each room. 
Hard to navigate app that is very frustrating to use.

This app is is not worth the £2.29 it costs to download each of the guides. It is not at all intuitive to navigate and most of the text says the same as you can read on the panels as you walk around the palace, or read on Wikipedia for free. There is no room by room guide and the images are of not even good ones. I downloaded it in the hope of learning more about the palace as I walked through it but it told me nothing extra and was annoying to use. Don't waste your money. Whoever designed this needs to have a complete re-think and start again.
