Unable to access videos
I was excited about the app for training my dog but had a lot of difficulty loading videos that were previously locked on the free version. Despite paying for a subscription I got a “Video not available” message and couldn’t complete any courses. I have reached out several times for troubleshooting support and haven’t heard back, I’m also not able to get a refund. Quite upset because I wanted this to work out!

Amazing training app!
Started using the app to train our new puppy and the progress has been nothing short of amazing. Easy to follow lessons that actually work! Very impressed.

Good app but very glitchy
4 times out of 5 when I open this app I can’t access the lessons. Constantly ‘loading’.
Would love to use it more as the small bits I’ve done have been excellent and helped with my very active kelpie, but just given up on it as it barely loads. Definitely wouldn’t do a paid subscription until the glitches were sorted out. Will be an excellent app once this is sorted out so I will keep checking it to see if resolved.

Non functional
I got an ad for this app on Instagram, and as much I would love to be able to use it, it’s just not letting me. Load time is extremely slow, and I keep getting an error message saying “something went wrong” when I try and add a dog profile in. Pls fix ur app !!
