I assume no one will see this, as the magazine is no longer available, even though after checking through my subscriptions I see that they have been taking a monthly payment.
When can you refund me?

Oh my gosh I don't know why it is not letting me do this it won't even load it just keeps flashing and it is nothing to do with the device I am using because it is brand new!

This app keeps crashing whilst reading the otherwise excellent mags. I have contacted support and haven't heard back after a full day. Very very disappointed, may as well just buy them from shops. 
Ps tried deleting and re installing but same thing keeps happening.

This is a very detailed interesting magazine written for all types of dog owner. 
It covers health awareness, training, rescue stories and other interesting articles. I think it is good value for money and is well written with good illustrations and photos.

Worked brilliantly for me, Fantastic, I can now get my favourite magazine on my iPad, and any back issues I have missed, it tells me when the new issue is there and it's cheaper too, what could be better, at last! Thank you! And I got a free issue.

Download fine for me. Quality of the print is really excellent. I did wonder how easy it would be to read on an iPhone, but needn't have worried. Looking forward to the next edition now.
