Dogtra Smart Nobark is our most accurate no bark collar yet, detecting barking, whining, and howling with a triple detection system that filters out false triggers. Paired with an app that tracks your dog’s barking behavior and offers e-collar control, it gives you full oversight and control, all while ensuring your dog’s safety while improving barking behavior. 


EASY PEASY: A complimentary app allows convenient control (33 ft range) of mode settings, e-collar commands, usage notifications, and barking behavior reports. The app is not required to operate the device. Once settings are configured, the collar functions independently.


ACCURACY = SAFETY: An advanced triple detection sequence accurately detects and verifies barking and other behaviors, such as whining and howling. The algorithm filters out ambient noises and general motions, like head shaking, to prevent accidental corrections.


CORRECTION MODES: 1) Count barking only, 2) Pager vibration only, 3) Static levels 1–10, 4) Auto Increase mode that gradually raises correction until the behavior stops. Modes can be set directly on the collar or through the app (within 33 ft range).

The collar has been a lifesaver for training a working dog. The app itself had a lot of connection issues when we first got it, but most of those seem to have been resolved in the latest updates. We’re big fans!

While the app does work when it detects the collar, it will only detect the collar 25% of the time. The collar is great. The app is unreliable at best.

### 2/5 — Great collar in many ways, but the bugs are next level.

I’ve learned to live with the bugs inherent in the previous version, and the fact that one of my collars ALWAYS resets to one random setting I used once. 
This new UI was not ready for release. Please bring back the option to reset the counter on the home screen.  
Not only is the counter reset difficult to access, but now it does not work properly without actually turning the collar off and on again. Incredibly frustrating.

The collar is fantastic and has made a huge difference on our sanity. This app, on the other hand, is inexcusably bad.

Bluetooth isn’t perfect, but it’s certainly more reliable than this app lets on. Despite being well within range, the app constantly disconnects from the collar. All of the incredible features and customizability (such as e-collar functionality) don’t matter if the collar is constantly disconnected.

I love the device and the idea of the app, but the developers really need to fix the constant disconnections. I’d be happy to change my review if they do. For now, my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

The disconnection issues I can deal with. I use this purely as a bark collar so I don’t care about e-collar function on the app. And as far as I can tell it works just as intended even if the app is disconnected. My issue is that the corrections I have turned on for barking and whining get turned off and the collar itself becomes useless. I don’t know if this is related to charging it but either way it’s a huge annoyance.

The app constantly disconnects. The only resolve I have found, is to remove the app, reinstall and set up the collars again to get the app to reconnect. This is NOT A DISTANCE issue. This happens almost daily. The collars work just as well as all of my other Dogtra collars, but this app needs to be improved drastically. I’ve been buying Dogtra products for years and this is the first time I have been disappointed in this brand. Come on Dogtra, you guys need to make the “smart” actually smart. This is a fail.

### 1/5 — Be warned: setting reset on charge

The collar’s settings seem to reset every time you charge it. This morning, I saw the collar flashing red so I recharged it. Then I put it on my dog and went out for a walk. The collar’s settings reset to default and that meant it was set to max shock. My dog was freaking out from the shocks during our walk. And barks from other dogs got picked up and initiated the shock collar. I opened the app and sure enough, it was set to max. Very disappointed.

### 2/5 — Collars constantly disconnect

The app is great when the collars actually stay connected. I have 2 that constantly disconnect for seemingly no reason (collars are fully charged and I’m standing right next to them). There’s no way to troubleshoot either when this happens. Just have to hope it randomly connects again. This makes the e-collar function basically useless since you can’t rely on the app.
