Doing Our Bit demonstrates the NHS’s commitment to prevention by championing health and wellness for the NHS’s most precious commodity; its employees. 
Through the use of best-in-class technology combined with empathetic and thoughtfully curated content, the already award-winning Doing Our Bit App democratises and simplifies access to both digital and in-person preventative health and wellness activities via:
On-demand video workouts 
In-person exercise and wellness classes 
Group activities, training buddies & community events


Doing Our Bit is reserved for NHS and Social Care workers. You'll need to register with one of the below emails, which will also require verification, to access all of the amazing content.
