## What is Doing Windows?

The App for small and medium business Window Cleaners!

Keep records up to date while doing your rounds.

Keep details of all your customers. Plan the jobs you do for them, and set the job cycle. Organise the jobs with similar job cycle in rounds and set the round cycle to keep a consistent routine. Your weekly todo-list is generated automatically. Finished individual jobs are rescheduled according to their repeat cycle. Rounds are scheduled to their repeat cycle from their set date. Tick off job payments and finished jobs and keep track of the payments to receive. 

View, rearrange and share current week's job list and adjust planning for upcoming weeks.
View and amend your payments to receive and received payments with totals grouped by day, week, or month. Register work related expenses. Register your vehicle mileage. Export lists with the Share function via compatible apps, such as those for email or texting, as well for opening in a spreadsheet app (like Numbers).
View your customer's payment history.

Uses the currency from the region setting on your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad. Supports English, German, Dutch, and Swedish. Supports Dark Mode.

Please, use the option More > Help from the app to get more information on how to get started.

You can backup your data via Finder on MacOS or via iTunes on a PC (using Apps > File Sharing when you have your iOS device connected). Your app data is also stored in iCloud and can be restored that way.

NOTE: This is not an app with a login for a web based system with a monthly fee. Just one single purchase for unlimited use!

App was great , now no contact from support, loads of issues.

**Developer response:** Sorry, you had not responded to my last email. As earlier mentioned, there is a known bug with the More > Jobs view with some users. You can access and edit jobs just fine via Customer. A replacement for Doing Windows is in development which will be easier to keep updated with changing iOS versions.

Keeps me really organised and I love the features. No gimmicks but has everything you need as a window cleaner. 100% worth the price and saves on these other apps with monthly payments.

This is so easy to use and uncomplicated. Any piece of software is going to take time to learn and this was pretty easy to be honest. You can customise it to a degree and you can even text customers and navigate to addresses from within the app. I only wish it was compatible with my older MacBook Air!

Iv been using this app for about 6 years. In that time I haven’t had a problem with crashes or anything. It’s regularly updated. Provides all the features I need and doesn’t throw in my face the ones that I don’t use.

Keeps me organised. My favourite features are that it automatically books in the repeat work for me in 4 weeks time in my case. That it flags up a warning if a customers owes payments once you mark the job as done. And finally the ability to see each customers individual history so I can say things like thank you for the last x years or price is going up can’t believe it’s been x years since I last increased the price ect. So handy!!

I don’t know what I would do without this app. It helps me stay organised, keeps me on track, tracks payments to name just a few. Also the technical support is amazing, quick and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

note easy to use. when setting up you will pull your hair out i did, Setting up you need to input some info Twice- IE Round info = name - every 4 weeks then date add it have to go back in to adjust the date every time, Same with price info could also be easier to add customers to a round Not friendly to user. I paid £15.   
i am still trying to make it work

This is a fantastic app! After using it for 8 weeks or so I can say, after a couple of initial technology hiccups which were dear with straight away, this app has made life soooooo much easier! Once you’ve input all your customers, it keeps track of how much you’re owed, what work is due, your projected earnings, etc etc etc! Absolutely brilliant!!! I would highly recommend this app to all window cleaners! Great work!!! 👍👍👍

I am unable to edit in the comments/notes section when adding a new data. For example if you click on jobs 10+ to add a new report at the bottom it says no so I was expecting I can add a note or coming for them to good job but I can’t.

- When adding jobs to a round an alert box is now presented when the repeat cycle of the job is different from that of the round.
- Round jobs that are of a different repeat cycle will now only be shown in the To Do list if they are due that week or earlier.
- The user is no longer asked if the round is finished when there are only jobs of a different repeat cycle left. It is automatically finished and rescheduled when all jobs are finished.
