I have reached out to them twice for visa application. Despite of being polite, they are always talking in rude manner. When we just did followup on visa application, rather than giving timeframe. They said “why are you even following up . Msg us after 7-8business days” while its written while applying that 3-4business days are required. It is very rude behavior and they should work on this. Dojoin has clearly mentioned the ticket can availed on any day including Sunday except public holidays. 31st was not public holiday but 1st was a public holiday I have to take other tickets and went through lot of hassle and arguments on the ticket counter to claim the ticket. Had to Bear a loss of 5 tickets purchased from Dojoin App ### 1/5 — Very bad experience *2023-12-30, version 4.4.6* I never recommend this app for any service and they are fraud.
