I can say it’s totally a scam.. My experience was horrible with this application.. I literally purchased one ticket from this application and I didn’t receive the ticket yet.. obviously I’ve paid already for my ticket.. but then I’ve tried to contact customer service.. the number which they have provided in their application.. the customer service was also really poor.. they are not even responding to my message.. they are simply keep delaying my ticket.. then I directly called them at their center.. I’m calling them again and again.. but whenever one of their representative receiving the call.. he just telling me that.. I shall receive the ticket within five minutes.. but every representative saying the same thing only.. I am waiting from last 24 hours.. still, I didn’t receive my ticket.. but the balance obviously got deducted from my account.. I totally highly do not recommend this application.. as this application take your money, but do not give you the ticket… also such a poor customer service.. I made wrong date selection and none of the customer service team can help at all. So bad staff Isthoyak. ### 1/5 — No words can describe how bad this company *2023-06-29, version 4.3.2* We booked a trip to Musandam and we called them and ask if there is an AC or fan and if it was suitable for 1 and a half year baby if there is room to change after swimming they confirmed they do But it was a nightmare the ship and bus was very very very old with no safety at all not just baby can fall also adults. Changing room is a toilet where 50 people will change, shower and pee. and on top of that the temperature is around 48 degrees. Food was another disaster only Indian food while they mention they will have Arabic and interest food. All the pictures on the app is fake. Worst experience ever and I will never use this app again. They said “why are you even following up . Msg us after 7-8business days” while its written while applying that 3-4business days are required. It is very rude behavior and they should work on this. Dojoin has clearly mentioned the ticket can availed on any day including Sunday except public holidays. 31st was not public holiday but 1st was a public holiday I have to take other tickets and went through lot of hassle and arguments on the ticket counter to claim the ticket. Samer Ahmed was the best you can ever ask for! He arrived early at the hotel to pick us up then we headed for the safari, he really helped us with bargaining with the shop owners so that we could buy things for cheaper prices! He is a very experienced driver and has great hospitality with a kind heart!! He is also a very very good photographer, the photos he took of us were out of this world. We truly enjoyed our time with him and would like to recommend him to anyone that wants to do the desert safari.
