I saved up months of in game currency to not even make it 1/3rd of the way there and the secondary prize is worthless in game. Im so disappointed. My time here is ending, as i feel like im just wasting my time trying. ### 3/5 — Love this game one problem though *2022-08-27, version 1.1.3* I went a week without playing due to work, So I bind my account and it has disappeared before for the same reason. Then days later came back as I was about to delete it how ever this time it never came back it’s name is KjShadow which is what I use for all my games now all my sexy consorts are without there prince😝 but on a serious note is says how not to summon a demon lord is doing a collab which I don’t see any part of the game including it yet? ### 3/5 — Again, can’t log into account *2022-07-30, version 1.1.2* This ongoing issue of getting kicked out of my account on NA1 server is really annoying. I cleared cache, deleted, reinstalled, and alternated servers and was able to recover my account for the last 2 weeks and now I’m kicked out again. Tried the same trick and nothing….now it’s just asking me to create a new account on NA13 server. The Help and Support page is unresponsive too or errors out from time to time. Please fix or I guess no more of this game. I’ve progressed so far and put in so much time and effort too… ### 2/5 — PROBLEM *2022-07-26, version 1.1.2* I liked the game but i got forced out of the game and i lost a bunch of money worth of stuff. I though it automatically binds to your apple account seeing its you apple account that you using to play the game but it does not so o was on a guess account the whole time. I was level 9, leader of a guild and lost it all do to a forced logged out. Im not really gonna be happy with the game till i get all my stuff i payed for back and i see it really stupid that what you paid for on your apple account and every thing you have done does not fallow you to another server. ### 2/5 — Fun *2022-07-06, version 1.1.2* Love the game. But I cant stand the crashing at the startup screen. it works once I re-downloaded the app, but I not sure I have to bind all my accounts. And the recent account hasnt been bound. Afraid of losing an acct I spent $$ on. otherwise the game is fun. Also would love to see more things to do in game on a daily basis. Early/mid game tends to get really slow. maybe some new interactions with small rewards would be a great addition. my rating would be a 4 or a 5 but due to the crashes I cannot do that and am currently still crashing. Ive recently came across a new issue. Having reinstalled lately and signed in with my apple account which has my bound characters… shows I have no characters except for the new serveron NA11. I was finally able to get back on late last night and early this morning after 7 straight days where the server was indicated as full during all times of the day, because of this I came back to my guild having been turned over automatically to another player, and was forced to miss out on 7 days of content such as the first few days of new events and the regular daily content all of which I would have participated in. On top of this not only is my account VIP3 but there isn’t any displayed option to transfer one’s account to another server that isn’t full. All of this is unfortunate because I find the game fun and worth the time in comparison to so many other mobile games out there, if it continues that I will only be able to get on the game once a week because of the server overcrowding I’ll have to make a refund request and remove the game. **Developer response:** For your situation, we suggest you to enter a server that is available for you, get pass through the tutorials and after that, try to check your server list again. If you still can't find your progress, please contact our support team, our team will surely help you recovering your account again. ^^ ### 3/5 — Cant even open the game anymore *2022-06-28, version 1.1.1* Its a good game in general i crashed a few times and the game could use a few less taps i feel like I’ve probably tapped 5000 or more times in like a week. But now i cant even open the game i try to open it and it shows the welcome back screen and then sends me back to my home screen idk why it does that but it never did that before idk if it’s my phone or the app but if it’s the app i would like a fix. ### 3/5 — could definitely use work *2022-06-27, version 1.1.1* Eventually in the game you get to the point of losing millions of soldiers in battle so you basically clear one level a day, and the outing system is terrible. Needs to be a way to go a specific place on outings like the bar for if you have already unlocked the concerts for the area because there is a very very low chance you will ever encounter the bar or a new character and it can easily take hundreds of attempts to even find a new character ### 3/5 — Broken *2022-06-26, version 1.1.1* I’ve played since it came out, I linked my account to my email, 2 days ago it stopped loading the game and kept crashing, I redownloaded and logged in with my linked email and it restarted my game so….Edit: I’ve tried logging in with favebook and Game Center as well as my email. It’s just restarting the game for me. Currently super disappointed as I love the game. As of June 26th still completely unable to find my account. I’ve attempted to contact customer service and it says its not available. I’d like to get a refund for the money I’ve spent on this game. ### 2/5 — Don’t. *2022-06-24, version 1.1.1* I was a pre registered to play this game. When it first came out it was pretty solid as far as performance. Then came the first update. Now I can’t even play it…. And the whole monster wide Waifu? Yeaaaa no. They’re ok… but you get some gross models and they’re maybe a 10th of the game experience. Plus you will be stranded quickly with not having enough soldiers. Also you’ll never get customer support so don’t bother buying anything. And don’t get attached because half the time you’ll never get your rewards or the things you need. ### 3/5 — Not fun much anymore *2022-06-23, version 1.1.1* I played the game a lot for a while but now I can hardly play it. I ranked 8th in an event and never got my rewards (affection rush). I tried to contact customer service and the bot gave me a response that someone will be with me later but I waited a day or two and never got a response. I can hardly even get into the game anymore because it keeps crashing when I try to load resources, not to mention now I can’t even get into the game. All that shows up is the “welcome back, demon prince” logo and that’s it. ### 4/5 — Just one issue *2022-06-23, version 1.1.1* It’s a great game. Love the art style, love the way things play out. I especially love that illustration mode comes off as a more wholesome version of the harem dating. The only problem I have is that it keeps crashing. There are days when I try to log in, and the loading gauge would reach either 8 or 18 before I’m no longer looking at the loading screen but instead my phone’s Home Screen. There are also times when I would manage to log in, but then the game would crash when I try to go to the hot springs. I don’t know if it’s something like the server is congested or there’s a connection issue, but I still like the game enough to be patient and just keep trying to enjoy my time playing. That has since been fixed, but now there is a new crash bug whenever I try to open the Outing section. Each time I attempt to load up the Outing menu, the game crashes before it can load in. This game is so frustrating. I have put a lot of money in it and played for a while then all of a sudden it is forcing me to start over. I heard there were glitches but this is ridiculous! I’m going to take this to social media or further if I don’t get some assistance with my account and/ or my money I put into this game. Someone needs to contact me from the game because I am furious that you would do this! I don’t know how this could happen but it is wrong and needs to be fixed. ### 1/5 — More Problems with no responses *2022-07-16, version 1.1.2* Once again I get one day away from unlocking a new limited time character (Lilith&consort) and then another bug happens making it so I miss my chances when I would have unlocked it next day and had 3 more days of event. Suddenly I go to log in and guess what… you got it, even when I try to switch to my account….. gone. It starts over with a new game and tells me that my name it taken, continue from scratch day 1 again. I message support in game (biggest waste of time ever) because they never replied. Days passed events over. This message (might) get it solved but I won’t have the characters I paid and earned to unlock…AGAIN!!! Past 4 weeks events IN A ROW. Worse game to invest time or money in. Last time this happens I was told I was “grossly compensated” when I looked in then, ZERO COMPENSATION!!! Days later some cheap unless drop in the bucket items like a free summon troops, something you get 25-50 in a day was sent to everyone as a generic “sorry” gift… so don’t believe them when they say things that make them look good on review page here. I lost all my game progress and purchases. Customer support is useless. Nothing is retrievable. I spent money on in-game purchases which are now gone as a result of their error which is essentially theft. This developer is the definition of incompetent. I understand that problems happen, things break, etc. but I guarantee whatever is going was completely preventable. The data loss is the result of incompetence. The lack of concern for customers and zero communication is inexcusable. It’s a shame because I really enjoyed the game until this happened. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2022-06-22, version 1.1.1* I really wanted to like this game. Art and everything is great and even though it’s basically a clone of kings throne it flows better and isn’t as cluttered. However, contrary to what responses and patch notes say game constantly crashes at load/login. As of this moment I’ve been trying to get in for a solid 30 mins. Load bar starts to move and it force quits the game. Compensation for the “prior fix” is laughable. People are spending money on this game and can’t even access it on a regular basis. Especially frustrating when events are missed because of this. The compensation does next to nothing to advance the game vs what money is spent on and isn’t accessible. Apple needs to really step in, take the game down and not allow it back until it is consistently more stable. I would restart the game and be good to go for a while before it crashed a day or so later. I went to the “Help & Support” option and on the link that refers to crashing it gave me a few things to check, software version, game version, network connection, etc. Everything was the latest version, so the last step was to clear my cache. I clicked it and it said that it would clear out expired messages and such so when I continued and IT COMPLETELY ERASED MY GAME AND PROGRESS. I’m not going to invest time and effort into a game that is going to be doing this. I went back to support for customer service help and the only message I received was, “Customer service is busy and will contact you later.” Don’t bother. Thank you! ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2022-06-10, version 1.1.0* It’s simply not worth the time and definitely not worth the money. It’s way too aggressive about trying to get your money and doesn’t president vide incentives do much as lock convenient quality of life features behind the VIP system. The characters are well designed enough and the story is adequate but ultimately it’s just not worth the time. All that’s before even getting to the huge crashing issue. I’d have given it 3 stars for mediocrity of actual content but the inability to fix the numerous crashing issues drops that down to the bottom level. If it were simply tedious and unrewarding it’d have a place in the same line as things like cookie clicker but better. Attempted to load multiple times before I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. After doing so it seems my game has been completely reset and I’d have to start from scratch. Real bummer seeing how I actually bought something to get to VIP 1. If you’re going to play this game I highly recommend you don’t spend money on it as it seems you’ll likely lose progress. I’m really enjoying playing the game! I really want to get the stories for all the characters and unlock all the hidden ones. I’ve put time and a bit of money into it. Then the crashing starts… I updated the game and since then it has been crashing during the loading screen. When everything was running well before and I had no issues I didn’t think to take a screenshot of my account info. Then I went to bind my account to Game Center and it crashed. Now it won’t load. I don’t even know if it bound my account properly so I’m too scared to uninstall/reinstall for fear that I won’t be able to get back everything I’ve gained. This needs ti get fixed quickly. I’m going to be extremely angry if I lose everything. So I try again and again and nothing! It refused to open! So I uninstalled the game hoping that would fix it. It did! But I lost all my progress and lost the stuff I had spent money on in this game. Now later on in the morning I did notice and update and no it didn’t fix anything, funny thing about that update? It would let me use Game Center as my bind account! Nice. Please fix this so it doesn’t happen to other people please and thank you. ### 2/5 — Lost my account(for the like 5th time) *2022-07-27, version 1.1.2* Tried logging in after the most recent update, you guessed it lost my bound account and had to restart, forced me into the same server as my old account, so I can’t just switch servers and get it back, literally all the money I put into it is lost. Customer service doesn’t work, would respond and now I’m sitting here at square one, unless I get my account back this game is a waste of time. However the customer support was super helpful and patient in allowing me to get my account back! I am posting this to suggest a feature to be added. Could the developers perhaps look into making past event outfits purchasable within the game. Because I know for sure that I love the look of Laura’s “Icy Killer” outfit and if I don’t get it in the event I would outright purchase it. One small issue is with the tutorial boxes, I’ll try to tap back to a previous page cause I forgot something, but it counts as me tapping the box and just closes it instead, since the back arrow is tiny. Game also really heats up my phone while playing. First time I’ve had this problem with games. ### 5/5 — Can’t restore my user *2022-06-19, version 1.1.1* (Had to clear cache and reinstall app. When I tried to reconnect my users using the recover it says loading then just takes me into a new game. But overall a fun game with little to no pay required! ### 5/5 — Thankful for the help! *2022-06-01, version 1.1.0* I had originally lost my account due to the app crashing and having to reinstall but they helped me through Facebook easily and quickly so I am very thankful for that and I love this game it’s addicting,the art is great,the story is interesting and there is a lot to do I’m very happy I discovered this game and hoping there will be more consorts in the future :) ### 4/5 — It’s Honestly Alright *2022-10-09, version 1.1.6* The gameplay is a little difficult in the beginning but once you learn the balancing act between your subordinates and obtaining troops and supplies, and learning that gaining levels is king in the very beginning, you’ll be pushing to find your place in a guild full of other Demon Princes. The pay mechanics are all over the place and it is definitely pay to win, but it’s kind of fun to push against the grain of whales and see how far you can go. Plz improve social aspects of the game! Love the game itself and its fun, but I’m having issues with the blocking and reporting options. Would love to see a more user friendly way to block and report, and some indication of when we block/unblock to show us that our setting was saved. I accidentally blocked someone and tried to unblock, but honestly, I’m not sure if either worked. Would also be cool to have a list somewhere that shows us the users we’ve blocked. More implementation of the “friends” function would be cool too since right now, we mostly just have chatting and inviting to things. Maybe a gift or subordinate assist system?
