## What is Doko?

A friend is going to Lisbon and asks where to eat. So you start digging WhatsApp threads, saved map pins, old notes, half-remembered reels, rebuilding a list you've already made three times.

Doko gives your places a home.

Save the spots you've been to, the ones friends swear by, the ones you stumbled on and want to remember. Add the personal context that makes a recommendation actually worth something. Organise it all into collections by city, by trip, or however you think.

Doko is designed and built by Dom, a product designer and developer, and Nancy, a visual designer and illustrator. We kept losing good recommendations in group chats and screenshot folders, so we built the app we wanted. No ads, no data selling, no feed, no corporate agenda. Just an app we use ourselves, every week.
