Helt fel diagnos angående min sons allvarliga utslag på en hel arm. Trots flera foton. Det var inte vanligt eksem. Istället var det en virus infektion i huden som skulle ha kunna behandlats om vi fått rätt råd i tid.

As a non-Swedish citizen, I was directed to this site for getting a COVID-19 test (so that I can re-enter the United States). But after visiting the site (whose English option simply instructs you to download the app) and then click going through the trouble of downloading the app, found that I can’t even use the app without first having a Swedish BankID!  Why not just tell people that before making them download the app?

What a waste of time. Infinite loop trying to book a COVID test. Keeps sending me to this robot chat that gives me nothing. Same thing on the browser.

I literally see an ad for this app before/during and AFTER every single video on youtube I watch.

så att man jag försöka flera gånger och först efteråt inse att appen inte går att använda. Ni visar alla världens flaggor och låter användaren välja landskod, vilket skapar fel förväntningar och en dålig upplevelse. 

Det känns onödigt frustrerande och hade varit enkelt att undvika med tydlig information från början.

Dr. Mona was so fantastic when I spoke to her just a moment ago, while we were on our way to Orlando she advised us regarding our sons possible ear infection. She has so much patience and deep kindness and deep care. Everything you could possibly want in an urgent situation like that. She applied great expertise and very calming caring and kind ways. Not over reacting but still being willing to understand the full scope of the situation. Alice thanks Dr. Mona, we feel so much better about everything things to you.

Really enjoying the app and excellent service from the doctors. The only thing that would make life easier for an English speaking user is if the self-guided health robot would reply in English rather than only Swedish.
