Just three days ago I was in Tijuana, Mexico, and according to the app Santander Bank was buying the dollar at 24 and change pesos. Higher than other banks. I walked into their Colonia Cacho branch and they told me that the app was wrong. They were buying it at 22 and change. Almost 2 pesos less.
