i made an account but no idea how to get money or transfer money to it to do a cardless cash pickup which is what i made it for. useless app/service

I tried to set up an account and its my phone is already active which it wasn’t. And I tried to do a forget pass just incase i did make one. I was sent no email. Tried to reach support called multiple times and no answer
