I remember a time i could make free returns without a subscription. Lost over 1/4 of my gift card returning one pair of shoes. And it wasn’t my fault their sizing was off a whole shoe size! Item quality has significantly declined as well as pricing has doubled. A a bikini top for $40+ dollars??? Especially when their stuff is made so cheaply (brand dependent) Also I literally just saw them using an AI model to advertise on facebook. Im ashamed ive given this company the benefit of the doubt so many times. Why? There’s been several times their app has “glitched” and you can see while scrolling, the unaltered photos taken of their models and products…. Then scroll just alittle more and BAM! The exact same picture, but edited to the most extreme. Completely altering the woman’s body shape and figure, as well as changing the way the garment would fit. I can’t look at a single piece of clothing they post because all I can see is the shameful editing. It makes me so sad to see. Isn’t this supposed to be an edgy alternative website? What’s “edgy” about body shaming your models by completely altering their appearance in all your product photos. Not to mention how little effort is put into the editing sometimes, like uhhh that’s not natural at all like not even human and wonky shapes.
