Bus system is pretty awful, but the app is even worse. Bus times are wrong, it’s impossible to buy a ticket, and the bus drivers do not want to help you. PLEASE rent a car and avoid this app at all costs.

Sarebbe utilissima, se riuscisse la procedura di login. 
Purtroppo invece non riesce: appare la rotellina che gira all’infinito e così si finisce per dover andare in cerca del biglietto di cartoncino.

Dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento, l’applicazione non funziona non mi fa fare login e se provo a cambiare la password, non arriva nessuna mail. Prego di sistemare per fortuna stamattina avevo la ricevuta dell abbonamento o avrei preso la multa al telefono non risponde mai nessuno.

Horrible app, more than 3/4 of the bus times are absolutely fake. They either don't show up or just don't exist.

Ottima app, 3 stelle perché è un peccato per gli orari dei bus per niente confortevoli, i festivi, gli orari serali dopo le 19 specie noi residenti delle terre alte siamo costretti ad andare in auto.

Before purchasing a ticket, the the app requires you to verify your phone number with a code in an SMS message. The SMS message never arrived for me or the people I was traveling with. The app is simply broken. 
You’ll have to rely on paying by cash on the bus or buying tickets ahead of time at the few stations that have ticket counters.
