## What is Dolores 3?

Dolores 3 App - Berechnung der Ladungssicherung

Dolores 3 ist der Nachfolger der bekannten Dolores App. Die Ladungssicherungs-App der Firma Dolezych GMBH & Co. KG und des Steinbeis-Forschungszentrums "Institut für Transportwesen und Logistik (ITL) Bremerhaven" erlaubt die komfortable Berechnung der erforderlichen Ladungssicherung. So kann z. B. die Anzahl der Sicherungsmittel bei gegebener Vorspannkraft (STF) bzw. erforderlicher Festigkeit (LC) oder umgekehrt ermittelt werden. Die Berechnung erfolgt nach DIN EN 12195-1:2010 (6/2011) oder VDI 2700 Blatt 2 (7/2014) bzw. Blatt 9 (4/2006). Daneben können weiterhin die alten Verfahren DIN EN 12195-1:2003 (4/2004) und VDI 2700 Blatt 2 (11/2002) verwendet werden.

Folgende Berechnungsverfahren für standsichere und kippgefährdete Ladung sind verfügbar:

- Niederzurren
- Diagonalzurren
- Schrägzurren längs oder quer
- Kombination von Nieder- und Diagonalzurren
- Sicherung von hartgewickelten Papierrollen

Dolores 3 bietet Ihnen vielfältige Möglichkeiten der Berechnung:

- alle Beschleunigungsbeiwerte werden nach Auswahl des Transportwegs vorgegeben oder direkt eingetragen
- die Kippgefährdung wird anhand der Ladungsdaten berücksichtigt und der Schwerpunkt kann angegeben werden
- es können Winkel oder Längen (auch asymmetrisch) eingegeben werden
- Blockieren/Formschluss wird berücksichtigt (inkl. Code XL)
- die Gleitreibung lässt sich u. a. anhand der Ladegüter und Ladefläche eingeben
- der Übertragungskoeffizient k (nach DIN EN) kann zwischen 1,5 und 2,0 in 0,1-Schritten gewählt werden
- das Ergebnis wird detailliert gegen Rutschen und Kippen in alle Richtungen angezeigt
