Our photos do not download. ### 5/5 — Great experience *2025-12-26, version 4.0.0* App worked great. Got pictures and videos instantly on iPhone. The app just constantly says unable to communicate or something like that. Try later. 3 days later, nothing. Over $300 for photos and I can’t see a one! Provided me with a receipt to email back and option was PC or this app to download pictures. Sent the email, paid, and received a code. All the pictures were there and downloaded with no issues. Yes it was pricy (230 USD for a family of 4 ) but it was also (in my case) about 90 pictures. Keeps saying “communication error” and nothing happens.
