They say use their wifi and you can download the photos within 24 hours. I was able to download the photos within 30 minutes after the dolphin experience. Follow instructions correctly and you can download them just fine. We were told our pics would be ready in 24 hours. Once I scanned the barcode, it says it hasn’t been activated. Then when I went online, it says it has been deactivated. My family and I decided it was far too gross and ridiculous (so many people) that we asked for a refund (before we even got in the water/swam with the dolphins) heck, they hadn’t even started to head towards the dolphins! I also asked for photos. So, since my family and I decided we were not going to do it, we asked for a refund. They denied us! They provided NO SERVICES and I got no refund; SCAM! I tried to get my money back, but it did not work. So I asked them if I could at least get my photo money back (no photos were taken) and they said no. WHAT?! So I ended up getting scammed around $400 USD!! Basically what came out of this “dolphin adventure” was me forcefully donating money to a dolphin abuse tourist trap. …apologies for bad writing. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great experience *2025-12-26, version 4.0.0* App worked great. Got pictures and videos instantly on iPhone. Samsung/Android seems to take a little longer. ### 5/5 — It does what expected! *2024-12-03, version 4.0.0* Instructions was little bit confusing but after downloading the app everything works as planned. Provided me with a receipt to email back and option was PC or this app to download pictures. Sent the email, paid, and received a code. All the pictures were there and downloaded with no issues. Yes it was pricy (230 USD for a family of 4 ) but it was also (in my case) about 90 pictures. The scan feature is for the receipt barcode. Had to wait inside the store until the pictures were 100% downloaded. It automatically went to my iPhone picture gallery and the photo quality was great. Cost me $140 for 35 digital photos (mostly repeated or similar shots-maybe 6 or 8 were distinct enough) and two printed pictures. ### 5/5 — Works perfectly *2023-07-16, version 4.0.0* Took all of 3 seconds to scan the barcode provided on the receipt, and then it took maybe 1 minute to download everything? Great experience, would recommend! ### 5/5 — Download photos while still at dolphin experience centre *2023-04-13, version 4.0.0* The app it self works as expected. The key point is to make sure you get your photo voucher validated while still at the dolphin centre and start the download into the app of the photos using their free WiFi. Any issues the staff at the photo counter can sort out there and then. Only other note is that when you save the photos from this app into your iOS Photos app it will save down to a new album called DolphinDiscovery and not into you Library. You can easily move the photos into your Library afterwards in the Photo app. ### 5/5 — Great photos *2023-04-06, version 4.0.0* Amazing high quality photos and they downloaded super fast definitely worth the money. ### 5/5 — AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! *2023-02-10, version 4.0.0* First of all, I have no idea what these other reviews are referring to. It was for sure not the same resort or experience, the dolphins were beyond taken care of and healthy. The pool smelled wonderful. It was filled with sea salt.
