I am a dolphin tech and this app is great.. when it works about half the time I connect to a cleaner and it sits there and buffers and never connects. Makes my life a lot easier when I can connect and get access to the errors that half of the time though.

Robot works great, the app and customer support is horrible. The app logs you out whenever you close the add and requires a code to log back in. The delay in receiving the code is longer than the time they allow for a valid code to be used. Have to keep trying until you get the code fast enough that it’s still valid. 

There is no reason to log me out of the app, no one is going to hack my account to start cleaning my pool without my knowledge.

Depuis quelques mois, mon application est bloquée sur les fenêtres où je ne peux pas accéder pour lancer mon robot suite à un SAV
Bien sûr, personne n’est capable de m’expliquer comment faire.
Je me retrouve avec un robot qui ne nettoie que le sol durant 45 minutes mais ne monte plus sur les parois et ne fait plus ligne d’eau. Mon robot est encore sous garantie quelqu’un pour m’aider ?
