## What is Domas & Co.?

Something in your home needs fixing. You tell us what it is. We handle the rest.
That's Domas & Co. One place to send everything your home needs, and people we'd trust in our own homes to handle it.

FREE FOR HOMEOWNERS
No membership fee. No monthly charge. Up to four properties on one account. You pay for the job and nothing else.

HOW IT WORKS
Describe the job in a sentence or two. A leaky faucet, a deep clean, a door that won't close, an AC that quit. We show you what it usually runs before anything is booked. Pick a time window. A vetted pro shows up. Your card is charged after the completion photo comes in, not before.
No calls. No quotes to chase. No coordinating five contractors who don't call back.

WHO SHOWS UP
Every pro passes a Checkr background check, business verification, and carries current insurance before they ever get sent a job. Then our own test: would we let this person into our own house? You can request a female pro on any job, no explanation needed.

SIXTEEN TRADES
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, handyman, locksmith, pest control, roofing repairs, landscaping, cleaning, exterior cleaning, pool cleaning, carpet cleaning, painting, tree service, garage door. If it's on the list, we handle it.

STEWARD, INCLUDED
Every property gets Steward, our maintenance map. It tracks what your home needs and when, so the gutters get cleaned and the AC gets serviced before they become a problem. Free, for everyone.

THE GUARANTEE
Your card isn't charged until 48 hours after the job is done. If something's wrong, tell us inside that window and we make it right.
Domas & Co. is live nationwide.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.6 — 2026-10-05

We've updated how service holds and pricing work. All jobs now hold for 48 hours (not 24). Pricing estimates now use your actual property size, location, and state for accuracy. Floor plans display without furniture clutter. Homeowners can now see pricing estimates right on the request screen. We've also improved how your account stays signed in and fixed a few other issues.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-09-24

We've improved how pricing works — estimates now accurately reflect your specific property details. Floor plans display more clearly without furniture clutter. Homeowners can now see subscription options upfront ($9.99/month). Contractors get a streamlined job assignment process. Plus login sessions stay active longer, and we've made some important privacy and location permission updates for iOS.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-23

We've made it easier for solo contractors to get started on jobs—you're now automatically assigned instead of being asked to confirm. Homeowners will see clearer job details with a breakdown of their request, and contractors can now actually toggle push notifications on. We also fixed some privacy and permissions issues on iOS.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-19

We've made the app faster and more reliable, especially when adding payment methods and purchasing memberships on iOS. Loading screens now work consistently throughout the app instead of sometimes hanging. Apple Pay integration is smoother, and membership checkout is clearer about what's covered. Bug fixes and performance improvements.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-14

We've made it easier to sign up and manage your account. All users can now delete their account directly in the app, including those who sign in with Apple or Google. We've also improved the visibility of important filters like price checks and the female-vendor toggle so they're easier to find. Plus, we've added a new 3D property visualization feature to help you see your space better.
