## What is DOMEON?

Your future home starts with an idea. Make it easier to explore: choose a house from the catalog or create your own floor plan, arrange furniture, compare materials and estimate a preliminary budget.

DESIGNED AROUND YOUR LIFE
Plan rooms, walkways, windows and doors. Arrange furniture and bathroom fixtures to see how your family will use the space. Adjust available settings and save different options to compare.

READY-MADE DESIGNS TO INSPIRE YOU
Explore contractor house designs with photos, floor plans, floor area, construction systems and specifications. Each catalog price applies to a specific building-company offer. Agree changes to a ready-made design with a specialist and the contractor.

SEE YOUR HOME BEFORE YOU BUILD
Rotate the 3D model, zoom in on details, compare available materials and explore the structure layer by layer. On an ARKit-compatible device, place the model in your surroundings and view it through the camera.

UNDERSTAND YOUR BUDGET
Calculate a preliminary estimate based on your project settings and compare options. The app estimate and the catalog house price may include different materials and work. The contractor confirms the final price, schedule and specification.

FROM YOUR PROJECT TO CONTRACTOR OFFERS
Send a construction request from the app. Receive contractor replies, review offers and discuss the details. The number of offers and response times depend on the contractors.

Save your ideas, return to projects and discuss your future home with your family. Online features require an internet connection and an account. AR requires a compatible device and camera access.

DOMEON helps you develop a preliminary home concept. The concept and estimate do not replace detailed construction documentation, a site survey or professional structural review. The preliminary calculation is not a binding offer.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.0.36 — 2026-10-29

From choosing a home to requesting contractor offers. This update improves construction requests and project syncing.

• Fixed request submission after choosing a house. The app waits for the project to be saved and the estimate to update, then confirms submission with a request number.
• Improved retries after connection issues, syncing and switching between projects. Fixed causes of duplicate records.
• Improved contact-data handling on iPhone, including email addresses containing a plus sign.
• The catalogue loads as needed, with a progress indicator. Optimised material storage without reducing texture quality.

Open your project, check the preliminary estimate and request contractor offers.

### 2.0.33 — 2026-10-22

Added Russian and English interfaces. The app follows your device language, or you can choose and save a language in Settings.

Catalogue prices now load from the server. Removed outdated built-in prices so offers display current data.

Improved preliminary estimates: a non-standard roof insulation thickness no longer automatically marks an estimate as incomplete.

### 2.0.29 — 2026-10-20
