Das verfügbare Update der Firmware funktioniert nicht. Lässt sich nicht laden. Verlangt ein wlan (sehr sinnvoll für eine Womo Klima) oder irgendwelche Bestätigungen über email dir dann auch nicht funktionieren. Zum Abgewöhnen, so dass man sich fast schon nach nem anderen Hersteller insgesamt umschauen möchte das nächste Mal

Laut App gibt es ein Update 1.21 für meine freshjet. Die App lädt auch das Update herunter und möchte sich dann aber mit einem mir unbekannten wlan verbinden um das Update zu installieren, obwohl eine bluetooth Verbindung besteht?
Passwort reset und Registrierung ist auch nicht möglich.

wir haben einige Applegeräte in der Familie und alle neueren Geräte können keine Bluetooth Verbindung zu meiner Dometic Freshjet herstellen. Mein altes iPad dagegen funktioniert und auch ein altes iPhone 11.
Die Handybedienung finde ich sehr wichtig, da ein paar Funktionen einfacher sind als mit der Fernbedienung.

Need to get an app that actually can find my thermostat via Bluetooth pairing. This new app does not connect to it at all, and it is not the thermostat to blame.

to be no WiFi connection. Can only see option for Bluetooth connection. Signed up for the app as it clearly stated WiFi connectivity.

Loved it until the app stopped connecting. Pretty annoyed at paying $100 for a light and the app no longer word with it or connects.

Die App verliert alle ihre Einstellungen innerhalb von 2 Wochen. Alle gespeicherten Geräte sind weg. Passwort vergessen geht nicht ; neu registrieren auch nicht. Und wenn es mal klappt piept die FreshJet bei jeder Handyeingabe - warum macht man sowas. Wäre ich mal bei Truma geblieben

Jeden Urlaub Probleme beim Anmelden:
Die App meldet den Nutzer immer wieder ab, dann gibt’s Probleme beim neu anmelden:
Passwort zurücksetzen friert ein, manchmal hilft es, ein neues Konto einzurichten, alles in allem ist man in jedem Urlaub mehrere Stunden oder Tage damit beschäftigt, die App anzumelden.
Sollte man das dann doch irgendwie geschafft haben, funktioniert die Steuerung recht passabel, Zustand des Außenlichts wird falsch angezeigt

Beim starten der App soll ich nach Firmware Updates suchen lassen. Es wird ein Update gefunden, ich muss eine Aktivierungsemail auslösen, die kommt auch und ich klicke aktivieren. Dann kommt erfolgreich aktiviert und zurück zu mobile app…. Danach das ganze Spiel von vorne… die Firmware wird auch nach vielen Versuchen nicht heruntergeladen…

Seit dem Update der Klima, was übrigens ca. 20 Versuche gedauert hat, gehen viele Funktionen nicht mehr.
-Sehr schlechter Verbindubgsaufbau
-Die Innenbeleuchtung lässt sich EIN, jedoch nicht wieder ausschalten.
-Die Dimmung des Innenlichts funktioniert nicht mehr.
- Außenbeleuchtung wird falsch angezeigt.

So ist die App unbrauchbar geworden.

Spent a small fortune (more than I’m comfortable spending), largely due to the advertised features of the Freshjet 7 Plus, including WiFi (yet it only has Bluetooth which is pointless), and VERY IMPORTANTLY, app control of the unit’s power-draw??? Where is this critical feature? It is THE reason that I chose this unit! Yes I know that I can adjust the thermostat and use sleep mode, fan speed reduction, etc… yes I know that there is soft start and inverter technology to be ‘gentle’ on batteries, but a primary feature that every company selling this range refers to in advertising and verbally when discussing features, is this unique ability to power-limit the unit for low power or sensitive off grid battery systems… yet it apparently doesn’t exist? I’ll be very happy to change this to 5 stars and even overlook the lack of pretty external ambient lighting on the roof unit (yet again another feature suggested in advertising and even visible in the app, yet absent), of this power limiter is ever added to MY UNIT THAT IS NOW INSTALLED! Damn you!

I have a Freshjet 7 plus, love the air conditioner, and I want to like the app………… BUT………. Every day I open the app it asks me to login again on my device, being only able to connect with Bluetooth means I am or my wife is close enough to get the remote or the unit itself quicker than it takes for me to login, so what’s to point of the app?????

No Wi-Fi available in Australia, this would be the only reason why the app would be useful, and I may be willing to overlook having to login every time I open the app.

I think one star is fair given the purpose of an app is to make accessibility easier or quicker or to add extra functionality of which it does none.

This is actually the correct app for using for the go area lamp. If you’re having trouble connecting, please be sure to go to your privacy and security settings on your phone and go to Bluetooth and then click on Climate and turn the button to green. Then it will allow you to pair on the first try.

Recently bought a new caravan and the dark remote is impossible to see without a light source. Using the app allows me to better control most of the functionality. But there are still features that are a bit flaky eg can’t turn light off

App funktioniert nur teilweise. Licht lässt sich plötzlich nicht mehr steuern. App findet auch keine Verbindung mehr zum Gerät. Device lässt sich nicht mehr entfernen oder neu verbinden. Anmelden als User klappt auch nicht: App dreht und dreht und dreht. Nicht gut.

Die Funktion Internal Light Off geht leider nicht. Man muss das Licht am Gerät selber ausschalten. 
Eine Timer Funktion finde ich auch nicht. 
Eine App mit so wenigen Funktionen sollte aber einwandfrei funktionieren. 
Schade. 
Sonst tut sie, was sie soll.

Also ich kann gegenüber der normalen Fernbedienung keinen Mehrwert erkennen. 
Hätte noch ein paar Sondereinstellungen erwartet. Mich nervt z.B. das laute Piepen nach jeder Einstellung. Würde es gerne abschalten.

Have a Freshjet 7 unit in my caravan. Can connect via Bluetooth to the app however WiFi is not available in Australia due to no cloud servers available yet as advised my Dometic. If that’s the case, don’t advertise WiFi as a feature when selling the Freshjet 7. My intention was to being able to remotely control the AC from anywhere for my needs but this cannot be done at the moment
