Keine der Dometic Apps funktioniert wirklich. Wie ist das möglich, gute Produkte zu bauen, aber so wenig Qualität in die Apps zu legen, die sie steuerbar machen? Da wird bei der App Gestaltung nur Schrott produziert, siehe all die 1-Sterne Bewertungen auch bei den anderen Dometic Apps. ### 1/5 — Kein Service *2025-06-15* Leider kümmert sich niemand, weder Hymer noch Dometic um die mehrfach beschriebenen Probleme. Dometic als Hersteller gibt hier ein ganz schlechtes Bild ab. Bin sehr enttäuscht! ### 1/5 — Ähnlich buggy wie die Firmware *2024-12-16* Meine Truma Heizung wird im Timer-Betrieb jedesmal durch die Dometic- Steuerung ausgeschaltet, weil die Firmware vermutlich buggy ist. Ein einfaches Firmwareuodate wird über die äußerst schlechte App nicht angeboten. Wenn ich in der App bin und ein Untermenü aufrufe, ist es mir nicht mehr möglich, das Menü zu verlassen, da der Zurück-Pfeil nicht funktioniert. Also muss ich immer die App abschiessen. Selten so eine schlechte Hard- und Software gesehen! Vermutlich interessiert das aber die -meines Erachtens- ziemlich überheblichen Camping-Hersteller herzlich wenig. ### 1/5 — Schrott *2024-09-19* Passt zum Gesamtkonzept. Echt armselig ### 1/5 — Schrott Made in Germany *2024-05-05* Echt traurig, dass sie Deutsch nicht in der Lage sind eine vernünftige App zu machen, die mit einem Gerät über Bluetooth kommunizieren kann! Immer wenn sich das Gerät und die App miteinander verbinden stürzt die App einfach ab und man landet wieder am Anfang. Was für ein Müll ### 1/5 — App Flop *2024-01-27* Die App lässt sich nicht mit dem Paneel verbinden. Mein Fahrzeug ist Neu ( Knaus MAN 640 Vansation ) und dann dieses Steinzeit Gerät von Dometic ( KTGsmartCI2.0 ) Ich erwarte von einem Wohnmobil Bj. 22 mindestens die Möglichkeit der Verbindung über Bluetooth. Ich sehe daher keine Möglichkeit auch nur einen Stern zu vergeben. Leider muss ich einen Stern vergeben da sonst Rezension nicht angenommen wird. ### 1/5 — Unfassbar schlecht! *2022-07-01* Das dieses Produkt und diese App überhaupt auf den Markt gekommen sind. Nichts funktioniert. Man muss die App regelmäßig deinstallieren und neu installieren, dann neu pairen, weil nach einer Weile nichts mehr geht. Die rudimentären Funktionen sind super unzuverlässig. Liebe Dometic, das ist kein Rocket Science! Wir schreiben 2022. Jeder popelige KFZ Hersteller bekommt das hin, ihr nicht!
