Bluetooth pairing doesn’t work with my CFX3 55IM. I can connect to my CFX3 via WiFi, but the app doesn’t see it. How can you get something so simple so wrong?! ### 1/5 — Will not Pair - New App Useless *2026-08-11* Come on Dometic, why replace an app when it was working perfectly with no issues. This new App should be binned immediately, you cannot pair and when you finally can pair it then won’t allow to operate the system. App logs you out every time so every time you want to use it you have to re login. When it ain’t broke ……leave it alone. Bring back old App. ### 1/5 — Es passiert einfach gar nichts *2026-08-10* Für diesen Preis der Anlage sollte man eigentlich ein funktionierendes Produkt erwarten können. Das ist hier Jugend forscht am Kunden. Die Cloudverbindung zur Anlage funktioniert Tagesform abhängig. Das aktuelle Firmware Update lässt sich nicht einspielen da wahrscheinlich ein falscher WLAN Code in der App hinterlegt ist für die lokale Verbindung… Normal sollte man hier gar kein Stern geben. Mein offenes Ticket wird vom Support auch nicht mehr bearbeitet, oder die haben sich alle aus dem Staub gemacht weil das Produkt so unterirdisch ist. **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for your review. Kind regards, Dometic Customer Service ### 1/5 — Dometic go area lamp *2026-08-07* This is the incorrect app for this lamp, you need to download the Dometic Climate app, be sure to go in the privacy and security settings and click on Bluetooth and find Climate then you can go back to the app and pair on the first try. Why Dometic advertises in their brochure the wrong app I have no idea. ### 1/5 — App nicht zu gebrauchen *2026-08-06* Die App ist eine Frechheit. Meine FJZ 7 wir in der App als FJX 4 erkannt womit einige Funktionen nicht nutzbar sind wie die Anlaufstrom Begrenzung. Firmware Updates gehen ebenfalls nicht weil keine WLan Verbindung aufgebaut wird. Man sollte Dometic den Müll vor die Türe werfen zudem die als besonders Leise beworbene Klima alles andere als besonders leise ist wenn sie mal ans arbeiten kommt. Ein Stern ist schon Zuviel. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. ### 1/5 — Dometic so eine schlechte App *2026-08-02* wie kann ein so führendes Unternehmen wie Dometic, so eine miserabel App programmieren? 1. Permanentes Anmelden mit eMail Adresse etc. beim öffnen der App 2. habe die FJX7 , Dometic bietet ein Update für die Klima an, leider bricht die Verbindung permanent ab. Wie kann das sein? 3. Bluetooth Verbindung reicht nicht mal bis zur Fahrerkabine vom Fahrzeug eine Verbindung zur Klima ganz hinten aufzubauen. Also kann man die App nicht mal im Fahrzeug nutzen. Dometic will führend in der Campingbranche sein und bekommt es nicht hin eine normale App zu programmieren. 1 Punkt ist leider schon zu viel 👎🏻 ### 1/5 — Ohne Funktion *2026-08-01* Klappt leider nicht. ### 1/5 — Ohne Funktion *2026-07-28* Wir haben uns aufgrund eines sehr guten Angebotes für die FJX2600 entschieden, wohlwissend das wir diese nicht mit dem Truma CP steuern können. Da wir eh die meisten Dinge über die diversen Apps steuern, haben wir dies bewusst in Kauf genommen. Nach etlichen Versuchen, Telefonaten usw. lässt sich keine Verbindung herstellen. Die FreshJet wird zwar als eine Klimaanlage erkannt, die Bwrbindungsherstellung bricht dennoch nach ein paar Sekunden ab. Liebe Leute von Dometic, wie wollt Ihr denn Kunden von Euren Produkten überzeugen wenn Ihr nicht einmal eine dusselige App ans Laufen bringt. Da hilft mir auch kein KI generiertes Feedback das diese Info an die Technik geht. Wir sehen ja alle wohin das führt. Meine nächste Klima wird definitiv eine Truma, auch wenn die etwas kostenintensiver sind. Every new day requires a new login. I even deleted the app, downloaded it fresh, and tried again.
