I’ve tried email 5 times. All emails bounce. This is misery on a stick. So frustrating as used to have excellent service. Anyone able to assist?? **Developer response:** Can you please reach out to customer service at support@domicile365.com. The App is showing no outages or issues. ### 1/5 — Not great app *2024-12-11* The app counts way to many locations- it double counts in many instances. If I drive one town over it is a completely new entry with another when I return Way too much work to decipher actual days spent in locations. ### 1/5 — Do not download! *2024-07-23, version 18.9* I made the mistake of downloading this app and registering on a trial basis. Despite deleting the app and multiple unsubscribe requests, they send an email every day! ### 1/5 — Cumbersome and inaccurate *2024-02-19* The app fails to record locations and fails in its basic mission to provide a documented location log ### 1/5 — Buggy, slow, and awful interface. *2023-11-17, version 18.5* One of the most poorly designed programs I’ve used in years. There is NO graphical user interface; just a few colored buttons. After entering two months worth of data in about two hours using drop down calendars that ALWAYS default to todays date, the ONLY way to see what I had done and still needed to do, was to export a spreadsheet and go through it day by day and line by line. NOT a good program. ### 1/5 — Useful but not user friendly *2023-11-15, version 18.4* Painful interface and website is worse ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service! *2023-11-13* I have been trying to contact the customer service department for a month with zero response. Once you sign onto this program, it is almost impossible to cancel. So be careful what you do. ### 1/5 — No customer service. *2023-07-24, version 17.10* The email that is given in the app is returned undeliverable. The failure message says that the “domain domicile365.com could not be found”. This app saps your battery power SO fast. ### 2/5 — Day counts don't add up *2023-12-16* I've been using the app for a month. The country day count says only 23 days in the US (I never left the country) while the State Day Count shows a total of 30 days. I thinks state tax auditor would question the accuracy of this app in an audit. **Developer response:** We have reviewed your logs and they are in order. What happens is if you travel and are in multiple states on the same day, your aggregate state count is going to be higher than your country day count; each visit to a state counts so if you travel through 3 states on a day, you will register 1 day in the U.S. but 3 state day counts. Exactly what it needs to be — and after a glitch the developers were responsive in correcting and addressing. I had an issue with the total day count not being correct. Their customer support replied back in a few days and resolved the problem.
