For pre-made quests and the ability to link custom quests in a certain activation order. Thank you for being absolute geniuses!!! Edit: would also be good if this app had a section dedicated to a 75 day hard, or monk mode, or just streaks in general. With no distractions like the other apps in this genre, I actually get things done. One thing though, could you please include the “Achievement Point Symbol” on the items, in the store? I have a notebook I keep track in but it is clunky and not so easy. I use notion, but it’s too much programming to get it right. I’ve used habitica, but there isn’t enough customization where the user can control their own journey. This app truly lets you take hold of your own life and make it the game you want to play. I wanted to create this app myself and so when I found this I was overjoyed. To the creator, would love to collaborate if you ever have the urge to do more with this. Thank you for making this app! ### 5/5 — My favourite gamifier! *2023-05-30* This app is perfect for you if you have a fairly specific idea for a gamifier that suits your individual needs. The customization options (from layout colors to quest modes and even a custom shop) are the big strengths of this one, compared to other gamifiers that often times just don‘t quite fit what you need and are too rigid in their ways. There are of course some minor things here and there, that could be improved upon, but the developer seems to really listen to their community and is eager to fix things and make it even better. Overall, this app helps me manage my tasks extremely well and is hugely motivating! Unfortunately, not having that option renders it useless for me. If objectives could have sub tasks or be split into multiple steps that would make this app so much better. The privacy is nice. I like the personas and I love that there are achievements. ### 4/5 — Room for Improvement *2026-02-02* Have skills sort themselves based on Attributes and have them collapsing in those categories so they can be viewed easily. Tie Icons to Attributes for visual sorting for users. Allow Sub Attributes (if you want a gold star) For instance I set it up with Health as the category and Health: Fitness as the attribute. So my Attribute sections has Health: Fitness Health Nutrition. Would be nice if I could put them in categories instead of this work around. ### 4/5 — Great & 2 Suggestions *2025-07-11, version 1.134.0* This app is excellent. I would appreciate if two suggestions could be taken into consideration: 1. The compact version being much more compact regarding the quest view (i.e. single line per quest, and smaller font) 2. The ability to set recurring tasks every X days (e.g. a task recreates every 2/3/4/5/6 days instead of only once per day or once per week). I would really appreciate these additions. Its simple concept of making daily and other goals into quests is an amazing idea. One thing I feel like it’s missing is habit tracking. Is there not a widget that can show *all* quests that are made? Update: Thanks for the reply @developer, I realized that I did not pay enough attention to the in-progress quests. It was showing up on certain days instead of every day, but that can easily be toggled. Changed the review to 5 stars. ### 5/5 — Fantastic growing app *2025-02-05* This is a great task and habit tracker for people who enjoy level-up aspects found in RPG video games and tabletop games like D&D. Feature Requests: It would be great to see a graph or chart of your skills or attributes, to see what your full “character build” looks like. Like an Overview of your skills and attributes in a visual form rather than just a list. I also wish there was a more concrete way to set times to a task to control its recurrence and positioning in a day, like a schedule or planner. You can ‘work around’ this using tags and reminder notifications, but it’s really limiting. It would be nice to be able to assign a task with 6:30AM and be able to sort the tasks based on those times, but to not have it auto fail if its not completed by that time. The reminders themselves could be used for this as a sorting option if they were displayed on the quest in its collapsed state. And regarding recurrence, it’s challenging to make a repeating task that only needs done every four months, for example, or one that needs to repeat every other day, or every two days, since we’re limited to only picking days of the week, specifically. ### 5/5 — This app is what I was looking for! *2024-06-02, version 1.123.4* For years, I had been seeking for an app similar to Dominate Life that allows me to customize my achievements, attributes, and skills. I tried others gamification softwares but abandoned all of them after barely a month using each of them. On the other hand, Dominate Life is extremely gratifying, with almost everything customized! I strongly recommend it to anyone seeking to gamify their life, monitor real-world abilities, track progress, and have some fun with achievements! ### 5/5 — Brilliant *2024-05-05, version 1.123.3* What the developer has managed to create here is absolutely brilliant and they should be exceedingly proud of this amazing piece of work. The app essential gives the user the ability to create the platform for which their life game can play out. Not that it needs it but I have some feature suggestions that could benefit: Connect quests to auto move a pending quest to “in progress” based on completion of another quest. A customisable skill tree could be a nice feature - see Skilltree app for similar feature.
