The game freezes and I have to delete unfinished games. Doesn’t show the games you own. 4. I’m a club subscriber and get a monthly free game, but this month after choosing my free game and downloading just like every month, I didn’t come to me unlocked. Sent a support email 3 times and still the say they’re working on it. Seriously what’s to work on? Give me my unlocked game, easy peasy. Now I’m buying no more games until they give me my game. The catch with the free games is that you if you want access to the skip function, you need to buy diamonds. Every time you ask for a skip, it takes you to the popup where you have to buy a certain amount of hearts. Once you run out, you need to buy more. The games they label as free are not free! This is not worth the monthly subscription. Stop falsely advertising those games as free. None of them are free. I was glad to see Artifex Mundi offer access to their games outside of BF and I’ve subscribed. Was glad DominiApp did the same. I subscribed and now am ready to unsubscribe. Since October 19, I can’t take advantage of the free games or the reduced prices that comes with the membership. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The subscription page always says subscribe. I’ve emailed support 3 times relative to this problem with no resolution. I expected better than this. If this issue is not fixed by the time my account is due to be debited, “Goodbye”. Updated: I did unsubscribe as I stated. After months, little did I expect any response. Oleg inquired if I was still experiencing difficulty. Note, I’d unsubscribed. I was torn as to whether I should try again. This developer really has some good games. I gave in. GLAD I DID!! NO PROBLEMS! Enjoying. Thanks Domini. It is deeply disappointing to have this happen as I love these games which is why I became a subscriber!
