I also get an error every time I enter into the DECU system - wrong password BUT it lets me in. This really is a site program by rookies The leaders in the industry do not ask for any verification after initial set up. This is the app for the credit union it actually functions pretty well after dealing with archaic apps from the credit union however this most recent version is still unbelievably behind the leaders in the industry for example capital one, Amazon, Vanguard. Bill pay is cumbersome to use, and forget about reordering checks via the app. I’ve tried that several times and it flat out doesn’t work. I’ve tried multiple browsers as well and it has proved to be completely useless. I purchase the materials with my Dom CU card and use the app to Track outlay and I utilize Mobil deposit and transfers from my Dom CU savings to my Dom CU credit .
