Dominion Mobile is the perfect companion to your Dominion employee account. Built specifically for employees, Dominion Mobile offers quick access to important employment information. Your app features are based on your company’s Dominion ESS (Employee Self Service) settings. Please contact your HR or Payroll department with questions regarding access to specific features. PAYCHECK Access your current pay stub and download it as needed. Dominion Mobile has 2 years’ worth of pay history right at your fingertips. TIME Punch in and out with ease. You will see punches recorded as well as any accrued time from your workweek. If your company uses Dominion for scheduling, then you will see your assigned schedule here as well. Use the app icon to submit a quick punch, without logging into the app, or record your time from the punch screen. TIME OFF View your Time Off policy balances and easily request time off. Please add a back button. Would make things easier. ### 2/5 — Not awful but needs much work. *2022-05-29, version 2.0.1* It’s nice to see my pay stub and all but it’s not user friendly whatsoever. Whenever I go to look at a pay stub, I have to close out the app because I can’t “go back” to the previous screen. I like to see the details of my pay stub and make sure I’m being paid correctly but I can only look at one stub at a time and then close the app, re-open it, sign back in, and then do whatever else I want. The application has a good base! But needs some improvement. ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2022-03-17, version 1.6.0* Forced to use this for my job. Doesn’t allow you to transfer locations. So I loose money. I have to punch out and wait two minutes, then clock back in at the new location. Garbage ### 1/5 — Rewrite review; lost a star *2021-12-29, version 1.5.4* Look… I have used MANY systems for HR in the past; and this one is by far the LEAST functional. The app itself is limited; however the problem is the backbone Dominion itself. It’s not user friendly, frequently slows/times-out, and is a HUGE pain for supervisors and approves. Unless major improvements are made, I would not recommend this app or HR tool to any company. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2021-05-25, version 1.5.1* Terrible crappy app, and extremely unreliable. Several times I have been locked out of the app, sometimes it will let me log in and punch in and out, but then the other tabs (history and PTO say there is no data to display or errors like “you may not have a time off policy defined”. An hour or two later it displays the PTO summary again. If you punch in, then punch out at some point into the next defined company shift, it only calculates the time after the shift end toward your total, and it thinks you need to punch in again when your last punch was already a punch in (and not out). However, if you log into their mobile site, half the time it displays your totals correctly and half the time it does not. Today, I punched in, then several hours later went to punch out and all I get is a white screen. I unloaded the app, uninstalled the app, rebooted my phone, reinstalled the app, and no change. Only a white screen. Good thing I have a backup option with a (completely different) iPad app which takes a company-wide sign in and employee number. That one works for now. It seems like they haven’t given this app much attention. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2021-03-22, version 1.4.3* Won’t let me log in ### 1/5 — Bad on Android, wretched on iOS *2021-02-03, version 1.4.2* Worked aboutb70% of the time on my Android. Went to an iPhone and it doesn't even allow me to log in. Well done, Dominion! ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2020-09-15, version 1.3.3* My work has switched to this company. Personally they seem to be cheap. Why as a company can you take yourself serious! This app barely works. Like actually try to just click the app and hope it works and opens. Once out of 3 months.
