I keep pressing "save & continue" button thousand times but it doesn’t do anything. After trying 10-20 times it suddenly starts sending me 5-6 OTPs at one time and if I try again to press "save & continue" button it says "Daily OTP has been exhausted" and this is every single time! Please fix the bugs immediately, otherwise, you'll lose thousands of potential customers. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work At All *2024-09-26* Terrible. It’s been weeks and the app still says “Sorry! Store is currently offline. Please try again after some time.” But the restaurant is currently open and functioning in my city. When you call the customer service line via the app, no one answers. It’s always busy and then they hang up while you’re waiting on hold. ### 1/5 — Order confirmed via app but the Khilgaon Branch cancelled it *2024-09-13* Totally rubbish and unprofessional. If you can not able to deliver within your app’s suggestive place then why you confirm order before your branch cancel it over the phone. Disgusting… ### 4/5 — My most favourite pizza chain… EVER ! *2024-06-15* Opening a Domino’s branch in New Eskaton has made it easier for me to either dine-in, take a takeaway or (in this case…) place an order through the app. My apartment in Eskaton Garden is only a 30 minute walking distance from Domino’s New Eskaton. Though the thin crust Margerita pizza, the Coca-Cola and the Choco Lava cake - all 3 of the items arrived on time, the Coca-Cola bursted and spilled all over the place after I opened it, leaving me with a stained floor, a stained table cloth, a stained dress and a stained phone screen.
