To customize a pizza, I have to select an existing one and then add or remove toppings. Also, when I use the “Repeat Previous Order” feature, I unfortunately can’t remove or add any items to that order. On top of that, the app is currently extremely slow and keeps freezing. I can’t add products to my cart properly. Sometimes the items I add appear much later, I can’t remove them, and the app spends a very long time loading. Please consider fixing these issues. Honestly, if your current developer is responsible for this, you should consider replacing them because the Domino’s Pizza app is becoming unusable. At this point, should we just use Glovo or Uber Eats instead? ### 2/5 — Bad optimisation *2025-08-05, version 3.1.15* Change your developers. Now your application has bad optimisation. Forced to write these details as additional comments to the order. Every time. 2. No prior to order notifications during busy hours. 3. Login almost every time when opening the app. 4. Phone number confirmation sms comes via Viber. There is no auto fill option from this messenger (which also has many issues) 5. It is easier (and faster) to order via Glovo for example. They changed their Thursday menu and it no longer has classic discounts that I enjoyed all my life. Random discount is nothing like it was before. Haven’t had any issues. Side note: I love dominos, they care about the customers. I’ve once reported an issue and they’ve called me the day after to explain me why it happened.
