I order a Bunches of pizza in 2026 feb first week and they deliverer one of wrong order. When I raise a quality the suggested that for this time i should consider this order and when in future when I order that time they will provide a complimentary pizza. And even I was ok as I was a regular customer and before this it had happened earlier too. When in last week of feb I ordered again and contacted the store manager to explain the last scenario, he promised me to send complimentary pizza as decided last time. And then he never delivered it when I contacted me again he gave me false information. And let me be very frank this is not about that one extra free pizza but it’s about a consumer’s right to receive the same order he paid for, false information, disloyalty and customer satisfaction. Before uninstalling the app I raised a query on app but not got any reply. It was quite humiliating from the store manager and the team. I get medium all the time…. This time I added the store credit they gave me….i was happy that I got a discount…. Turns out they change the pizza size to the smallest one….its like less than my Palm size ….called the delivery guy he said it’s my fault to not check size….immediately deleted this app…. No criminal thief of a company is getting my business any more…. Folks rather support ur local vendors…. If this level of manipulation is done on client level who knows how crooked the management is…downloaded the app again to post this review…. The store manager called and very rudely told me that i will be given discount on my next order. To which i said I order only once or twice a year hence it is a waste of 300₹ for me, please either send the choco lava cake whenever you have it in stock or reverse my money back to source. The store manager did not wanted to agree on either and asked me to check back between Monday and Friday if i wanted to have the cake. I was placing order on Friday for my daughter’s birthday. First if you do not have it stock please update your app accordingly, 2nd keep option to reverse money back to source at least when it is stores mistake and 3rd at minimum have some courtesy for customer service that if the customer is trying to adjust then be a little polite and make sure you at least take responsibility and provide the order whenever it is back in stock n your own, rather than the customer following up as if it is customers responsibility. Sometimes mistakes happen, or plans change, but Domino’s doesn’t give customers any flexibility at all. Even within a minute of placing the order, you are stuck with it, and customer support isn’t helpful either. This lack of a simple cancellation feature makes the app feel outdated and extremely inconvenient. For such a big brand, I expected better service and more customer-friendly options. The Domino’s app is absolutely useless when it comes to customer convenience. There is no cancellation option at all, which is ridiculous in today’s time. Even if you make a mistake or change your mind within seconds, you are forced to pay for the order. On top of that, customer care is of no help. This feels like a scam tactic just to trap customers into paying. An occasional mix up or poor quality had become the norm. But the Worst one was the last one where I placed the order, delivery person gave it to some other person in some other building not even in the same locality. And the customer redressal is just useless. After going through the extremely horrible chatbot, They register a complaint for an order that had just gone wrong and promise me to address it in the next 24 hours ? And then they never call back and close the complaint on their own ? Had to call the store everyday for next 7 days to get my 600 rupees back. And convince them that I never got it. How is it on me When your people are delivering orders just about anywhere? And after all this, I was told that refund is not possible since it’s a tedious process. The best they can do is send the order again anyway after 9 PM. Just a terrible place mode of cinducting business. I remember calling up and ordering pizza from dominos in a tier 2 city 15 years ago. While i went for collecting the food at counter they said the payment is not completed yet but money is already debited from my account. The staff from the store assured me the money will be refunded within 24 hours . That doesn’t happen. Infact its been more than one month i am following with the domino’s team via mail and contacting the staff during my purchase, still its not refunded (Mistake being with domino’s side). When they try to reach out to me at some point through call when i contacted via mail and, an executive i was connected to an executive who only speak’s hindi which I don’t know. Informed him the same with the hindi i know but later i came to know he provided the status that i didn’t pickup the phone via mail. Whenever i reach out to them via mail or contact the respective side , i just get a mail that they are checking on the issue, But no action from Domino’s india side. Pretty disappointed with the service from Domino’s☹️ ### 1/5 — No Customer care support *2024-11-10* 1. The customer care phone number is a dark pattern with no way to actually have any resolution, just useless IVR options. Same with the app chat bot support. 2. The app has a bug, I placed a takeaway order for store A but the app placed the order for a previously ordered from, store B. It was quite an ordeal bcoz couldn’t reach CC, store B called as I selected wrong order from CC IVR and said will cancel and to order again and while I was trying to order again I got a call back from Store B saying order is ready and can’t cancel. Luckily store A was helpful and got the order from store B cancelled and another order was placed at Store A. Time was lost due to the problem with the app and non existent CC. 3. Everything’s fine most of the time but when you need CC support, they will take feedback and may get back in 24 hours, v bad experience. This is first time I have faced a problem in years, but I may think twice ordering from the app or from Dominos in general due to this bad experience. ### 4/5 — Food is good but the service is not. *2024-11-03* I’ve always enjoyed Domino’s food, and it’s the reason I keep coming back. The pizza is consistently delicious, fresh, and satisfying. However, my recent experience with the service at the Tinsukia, Assam location was disappointing. I missed a call from the delivery driver by just two minutes because I was caught up with something at work. Right after that, I called back, but shortly after, someone from the main office called me and asked in a rather rude way why I hadn’t picked up the call immediately. I felt this was unnecessary because if I’ve ordered, it’s clear that I’ll answer as soon as I can. Being scolded for a minor delay took away from the positive experience I usually have with Domino’s. I placed my order by 4.15pm in the afternoon because it was not a lunch or dinner time and thinking that they will not delay the order. I have ordered 4-5 times on the same location and They never called me for my location or address. They've directly reached at my place but today when my order was getting delayed and Then I tried to reach there call centre first 2 time they were only saying that its getting prepared and you will get the call. Again I initiated chat after waiting 45 minutes then again they gave me the same robotic answer I asked them for branch no and branch people were so so rude after waiting for my order so long they were expecting me to act like calm. And they made up their stories that they came to my place but I didn't answered now the point here is if the delivery boy left the store with my order I supposed to get a notification that order has been dispatched and this xyz person is coming to deliver the order I even didn't received the msg I was only getting msgs from call centre that its baking. And post waiting for 1 and half hour they cancelled my order. The staff is pathetic no sense to talk with customers and talk about customers. They were behaving like something else by feeding the food to their loyal customers. I really enjoyed its service earlier but for last 5 years dominos pizza store near me had the most pathetic service and pizza quality. I complained a lot about this store to dominos pizza for past few years but dominos took no actions, finally after drop in sales and bad reviews for last 4 to 5 years dominos decided to close that store and opened another store nearby. After this change my order and delivery experience changed dramatically and I am right now having the same experience I had earlier when it started in my area.
