## What is Domly?

Your tenants text. Lucie your AI concierge handles it.
Lucie turns tenant text messages into organized maintenance tickets, answers the routine questions itself, and tells you only when you are actually needed.

HOW IT WORKS
Each property gets its own phone number. Tenants text it the way they would text
anyone. No app to download, no portal, no password to forget. Domly works out
which unit the message came from and what it is about, then either answers it or
opens a ticket for you.

WHAT IT DOES
• Turns texts into tickets, sorted by unit, category and urgency
• Answers the routine questions. You teach it once, per property
• Coordinates trades: reaches out, gathers quotes, and commits to nothing until you approve it
• Tracks rent, who has paid, who has not, and how late
• Notifies you about what matters and stays quiet about what does not. Emergencies break through Focus.

BUILT FOR CANADIAN LANDLORDS
Bilingual throughout, English and French, chosen per tenant. Tenancy-law guidance covers Canada.

FOR SMALL PORTFOLIOS
Built for landlords with a handful of doors, not for property management firms. Start free with your first unit.
