Selmo thermostats work instead on the Comfort One app - the same as the old Domus One. (But no notice of this; we worked out by trial & error.) I can’t log on (crashes each time I try to get in) and the radiator should have been off when we arrived at the property yesterday and instead it was fully on running its programme .. I have tried phoning Electric Heating Expert who I bought the heater from at nearly £500 but no answer .. This is a big problem for me as I need remote access. I May ask to su Ply send back the radiators - only fitted mid March after order placed in January. ### 1/5 — Radiators now unusable *2024-04-05, version 3.0.0* Since the latest upgrade the app crashes every time I try to connect to my bathroom radiators, which means I have no control over them anymore and therefore render them useless. The app is stable, works without any of the previously reported bugs and without any delay. Setting heating programs has been made easier. Up to three heating periods per day can be set with both comfort and setback temperatures. The schedule can be copied to other days. Manual adjustment on demand is also available, plus switching for adaptive start control, locking functions, maximum temperature limiting and open window detection. The clock is set automatically based on location, meaning the heating remains correctly scheduled after a power cut. Setup is straightforward. Remember to select the DomusOne network when connecting for the first time. The instructions are basic but the pairing process is quick and easy. ### 5/5 — Works flawlessly *2025-09-10, version 3.3.0* The app was down for an overhaul but now working perfectly. Setup was quick and simple. If you’ve used it previously I recommend deleting it and reinstalling. Now also gives me the ability to lock and unlock heater controls remotely and set the maximum temperature the heater can be used at. Perhaps the app doesn’t work on some electronics or isn’t compatible with everything but it’s perfect on my iPhone 13. The updates have always been temperamental though. Yesterday the app logged me out and I couldn’t then log back in. The latest update didn’t help, neither did reinstalling the app - I can’t login, I can’t reset my password, I can’t create a new account… I’ve been through a whole bunch of steps to reset or reconnect from various online instructions. I’ve also tried the developers other app (Selmo Comfort) which still uses an old interface and no luck. Please please fix it!! 🙏🏽 ### 2/5 — Non più contabile con Google home!
