It never happened. Application tightly freezes. All the best! ### 1/5 — Can’t access archive even though paid for it *2018-11-02* All the magazines in the archive appears to be chargeable and can only be purchased with apple account. This means that even though I paid for the access to all past issues on Domus website I can’t read any with this app. This is really a disastrous and scammish design and I hope you guys fix it soon. ### 1/5 — Applicazione terribile!! *2014-04-16, version 4.1.61* Soltanto problemi! Per finire l'applicazione precedente era ottima e i contenuti perfetti per chi é abbonato, perché si poteva avere un'anteprima della rivista cartacea in forma diversa e con contenuti multimediali! All looks very nice but in Italian I am afraid I can't read it. ### 2/5 — Buy the real magazine *2014-04-26, version 4.1.61* Normally I love reading on the iPad, but in this case, I rather don't. There are so many problems by loading the pages, that it is impossible to read the whole mag, or even a few articles, without: "loading in progress...". And there is a nother big issue: when you go through it, the pages are not sharp. You have to pinch in and out, before you can read properly. So, great Mag, bad app, buy the real thing! ### 2/5 — Not Interactive Anymore *2014-02-21* I agree with the other comments. When Domus first came to iPad, it was beautifully crafted to suit the iPad. It was much easier to read as there was no need to zoom. The text was very readable. Unfortunately, it seems it has become too generic, by which I mean, trying to create a digital edition which is comparable with multiple platforms, and the easiest way of doing that is this PDF like version. It is very frustrating having to pinch to zoom, or even double tap to zoom. When pinching to zoom, often the text or images remain pixelated. The original iPad version had countless interactive features, such as videos beside text which could play while you read, swiping images alongside the main body of text, and generally the way in which you could swipe left or right to move on to a different article and up and down to read the pages of each article. There were also diagrams, perhaps pie charts, which you could touch to alter other diagrams. PLEEEEEASE bring these beautiful features back! Rant over. :) ### 2/5 — What happened to the previous UI? *2013-12-23* Where before each Domus edition was interactive and beautifully crafted for reading on iPad, all you get now is a glorified PDF riddled with ads. It's hard to even find the great content through the poor design and dated interface. Era il 1979 sembra ieri. Per me mi ha accompagnato in tutti questi anni adesso ci avviciniamo al cinquantennio. Ma da molti anni sono un fedele abbonato. Per me tratta argomenti di grande interesse. Grazie grazie grazie. ### 5/5 — Great app *2023-10-14* Good resolution images, easy navigation. One feature that would be of great help: an index! I’m a long term subscriber and would be really happy to be able to search across past issues. In the paper edition I could simply pull out a few issues and check the bookmarks I left earlier. This isn’t practical if I have to download each issue again… An index would be a wonderful addition! I haven’t found a way to to keep an issue for a longer time for reading offline (on the plane or in the cabin) and reloading the same issues a few times is slow, but this maybe just me… ### 5/5 — the name is Domus !!! *2022-11-17* IL nome si dice tutto > Domus !
