GOAL On a regular basis, you will be asked to choose a goal to reach, whether it is a time, a distance to cover or calories to burn. To achieve these goals, several types of exercises are available. PRACTICE - Free sessions to start a session quickly with or without a goal. - Guided sessions to reach your goals according to the different categories available. - You can now create your own interval session! The creation of this session is based on the principle of alternating intense and moderate efforts. To do this, select a warm-up, then program the duration of each action and rest phase as well as the repetitions that will constitute your session. App stops treadmill mid run *2026-06-06* Just opening up the app will stop the treadmill instantly with no warning and will reset any workout going on. Leider wird man in der App ständig dazu gedrängt, Kinomap zu nutzen. Diese habe ich nun während der Probezeit getestet und bin ehrlich gesagt sehr enttäuscht. Die App stürzt mehrfach ab. Mein Laufband startet jedes Mal nur mit 1 km/h und ich muss alle Einstellungen manuell vornehmen. Bei einem Training ohne Video gibt es die Möglichkeit, ein Video aus einem anderen Lauf auszuwählen. Sobald man das tut, bricht der Lauf nach wenigen Sekunden ab und es wird ein Lauf von unter einer Minute aufgezeichnet. Ich habe meinen Probemonat inzwischen beendet und das Abo gekündigt. Seitdem kann ich die App jedoch aufgrund einer Endlosschleife nicht mehr sinnvoll verwenden. Auch die Domyos-Playlist lässt sich nicht mehr nutzen, da ich aus dieser Endlosschleife nicht herauskomme. Es wird mir nur angezeigt, dass ich noch 0 Tage habe und ein Abo abschließen soll. In der eConnected-App wird jedoch damit geworben, dass alles kostenlos sei, was so für mich nicht nachvollziehbar ist. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt an der Kinomap-App ist die mangelhafte Unterstützung von VoiceOver. Teilweise ist man darauf angewiesen, da offenbar nicht alle Inhalte als Text, sondern als Grafiken umgesetzt sind. Zudem reagieren die Schaltflächen, die nach dem Abschließen eines Laufs erscheinen, häufig nicht. Insgesamt empfinde ich die App als suboptimal umgesetzt und habe den Eindruck, dass vor allem versucht wird, ein teures Abo aufzudrängen. ### 1/5 — Déçue! *2025-12-09* Avant qu’on essaie de nous forcer à utiliser Kinomap, 5 étoiles! Simple à utiliser, sans fioritures et fiable. Depuis les dernières mises à jour, on nous envoie de force sur Kinomap (qui est bourré de bugs) et la connexion bug, le tapis ne répond plus à toutes les commandes. J’avais choisi le tapis décathlon spécifiquement pour la facilité et liberté de faire mes propres programmes sur une appli gratuite… Très déçue de « l’évolution »!
