Done is a calm to-do app for people who'd rather finish things than manage a list. CAPTURE FAST Type a task the way you'd say it - "pay rent friday", "email the landlord tomorrow" - and Done files it with the right date and priority. HAND OFF THE BORING ONES Assign a task to an AI agent and it does the work, then comes back for your approval. Nothing is ever marked done behind your back. STAY ORIENTED Group by project, plan your week, see what's overdue, and get a daily digest of what actually needs you. BUILT FOR KEYBOARD-FIRST PEOPLE A command palette, shortcuts for everything, and a UI that stays out of the way. YOUR TASKS ARE YOURS Every account is isolated, and Done never sells your data. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 1.3.2 — 2026-09-05 Add tasks by voice, and sign in without a password. • "Hey Siri, add a task to Done." Say it and it's captured — no unlocking, no app switch. "Capture in Done" opens straight into the quick-add field for when the thought still needs typing. Nothing to set up; the phrases work as soon as you install. • Sign in without a password. Ask for a sign-in link by email and tap it. Your password still works if you'd rather use that. • Fixed: the referral link copied from inside the app pointed somewhere that resolved for nobody. It now gives a real trydone.app link — so if you shared one from the last version and your friend saw nothing, that was why. Worth grabbing it again. • A security update to the web framework underneath, and a faster first load. ### 1.3.1 — 2026-09-04 Invite friends, get Pro — and send things to Done from anywhere. • Invite three friends who sign up and finish a task, and you get three months of Pro. It keeps going — six friends is six months. Your link is in Account › Plan & billing. • Share to Done. Send a link or selected text from Safari, Mail, or any other app straight to your board without opening Done first. • Read what your agent wrote, in the task itself. A draft, a summary, a generated page or a PDF now renders right next to the approve button, so signing off doesn't mean opening something else first. • A task you're waiting on stays off your calendar. Marking it "Waiting on someone else" now takes it out of Today, Plan my day and the Week view together, until its resurface date brings it back. • A short guided tour for new accounts that points at the real interface instead of describing it. • VoiceOver fix: search results are now announced as they appear, instead of being described as still loading. ### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-02 Share a board, and close the day. • Workspaces get a real screen — invite people, see who is a member, and file a project into a shared workspace instead of your personal one. • Say five things at once — put a pile of thoughts into one box, by keyboard or by dictation, and Done splits it into separate tasks for you to keep, edit, or drop. Say “p1 by Friday” and it lands urgent and dated. • Close the day — what shipped and who closed it, what rolls over, how many decisions are still waiting on you, and one line for what today was like. • The agent roster — see which agents are connected, what they are holding, and take a stuck task back. A new pane shows exactly what an agent sees on a task. • Describe a view in a sentence — “overdue things in Marketing, grouped by project” — instead of composing it by hand. • Plan my day re-reads your calendar while it is open: when a meeting moves it re-plans and tells you what changed. • Search now covers the activity feed too, so you can find the comment, not just the task it was on. • Fixes: a readable task modal on phones, light mode as the default with dark a click away, and fixes from a security pass. ### 1.1.0 — 2026-08-30 A new look, and a calmer board. • Redesigned throughout — the board, the Control Room, and every mobile screen. • Capture inbox: agent-proposed tasks land in one place to triage, not straight onto your board. • Grooming proposals: your agent finds work that quietly died and proposes what to do with it, in one batch. • Quick capture shortcuts: type @tag, when:, at 3pm or p1 straight into the field. • Every sub-page of the board is now linkable. • Fixes: bigger tap targets, a readable task modal on phones, a header that no longer clips. ### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-25 New screenshots, and the app's AI features are now described as "AI agents" throughout.
