They’ve been helpful on the phone or through the website, but the app is utterly horrendous. I’ve not been able to even get it to bring up a login prompt. Don’t waste your time. Yayyy! *2023-08-04, version 2.1* Thanks Donegal for updating and fixing your app. The app. seems to be working so far. I have an iphone. The only thing I see that would make it perfect for me is to have an email confirmation after payment is made. ### 4/5 — Not bad. Face ID a nice touch. *2020-05-21, version 1.8* The app wasn’t working before. I then reinstalled it. It works now. There’s not really anything fancy. The app provides basic information and the security includes username and password authentication. This includes integration with Touch ID/ Face ID for iOS. I took a star off because of the following: loss of proof insurance (just shows PDF), no integration with the iOS Wallet feature, and the continuous login with Face ID (you never log out). Here are the goods: Almost like the website, it shows all the PDF documentation, shows limited history of account activities, and a way to pay your premium. I wish Donegal would allow Apple Pay, it would allow for a better end-user experience. I kept it to 4 stars because the security and convenience of the Touch ID/ Face ID. Because it is 2020, this automation is considered standard.
