## What is DoneTodo Task?

"Todo · Done · Goal" — DoneTodo lets you understand your day at a glance

DoneTodo turns the 24 hours of every day into a time grid: first color your Todo, then record your Done, and finally check against your Goal. Plan, act, review—everything in one place, so efficiency and fulfilment rise together.

- Why Use DoneTodo? -

1. 【Time in plain sight】 - coloured blocks beat text lists; you instantly see where your hours went.
2. 【Todo–Done feedback loop】 - each Done gives visual reward, reinforcing good habits.
3. 【Goal-driven】 - unmet Goals auto-highlight so you can adjust in time.
4. 【Ultra-lightweight】 - tiny binary, opens in a blink; no wasted battery or storage.
5. 【Privacy first】 - fully offline, no ads, no in-app purchases, no tracking. Your time belongs only to you.

- Core Features -

1. 【Time-Grid Method】 - Visualize your entire day with the classic time‐grid layout.
	· Vertical axis = hours; horizontal axis = minutes; the moving black line indicates the current time.
2. 【Todo vs. Done】 - plan beforehand, log afterwards, compare anytime, beat procrastination and anxiety.
	· Diagonal stripes = Todo; Solid fill = Done.
3. 【Daily Goal】 - set “＞30min Study” / “＜1h Phone”; colourful bars and markers show progress and gap at a glance.
4. 【Smart Statistics】 - Day / Week / Month / Year / All & Total / Average for multi-angle analysis.
5. 【Lightning Sync】 - seamless hand-off between iPhone and iPad.
6. 【Custom colours】 - grid, spectrum, sliders, or elegant random palettes.
7. 【Gestures + Haptics】 - swipe to change dates, quick calendar, undo/redo/eraser; system-grade vibrations for a premium feel.

- DoneTodo Design Philosophy -

1. 【Todo × Done = Time Awareness】
	· Most task managers only show "to-do list for today," and completion feedback is still a bland checkmark or swipe-to-delete. DoneTodo overlays Todo (diagonal stripes) and Done (solid fill) in the same time grid: planning is a promise, finishing is a trophy.
	· Twin-layer visuals align input and output in real time, softening the “I achieved nothing” frustration. Like closing your rings in the Apple Fitness app, where feedback is immediate and concrete, making satisfaction feel real and strong.
	· Visible positive feedback significantly boosts motivation for follow-up actions, easing unconscious procrastination. DoneTodo puts this psychological principle into practice: every coloured block is a result you can see, making it easier to start and stick with it.

2. 【Minimal & Elegant—Beautiful, Never Excessive】
	· Only essentials: clear grid, intuitive colours, subtle animation and haptics. Modern, clean, distraction-free.
	· No ads, pop-ups, leaderboards or social pressure—just a blank canvas for your time.

3. 【Useful & Fast, Record in 1s】
	· Every action is less than 3 steps, no deep menus. Saves time and respects it.
	· Speed is king: heavy optimisation puts “think - open - record” under one second, so your focus stays on doing, not “finding features”. Instant use is the essence of a tool.

4. 【Goal-Driven & Instant Markers】
	· Goals aren’t buried in settings as dry numbers; they’re drawn directly on progress bars as vertical tick marks and colored triangles. Without reading text, you instantly see where you stand.
	· Upper/lower-limit goals like “＞30min Study” / “＜1h Phone” auto-scale for day, week, month, and year, and show the real-time gap between Goal and actual Done—no mental math required.
	· Unmet Goals highlight automatically on Home and Statistics, a gentle, persistent nudge to “speed up now”, so you won’t end up regretting it at bedtime.

You can only "control" time when you can "see" it. DoneTodo makes control easy—and addictive—so you stay productive and keep growing every day.
