## What is DongDong?

DongDong gives you one short workout a day and talks you through it.

Tell it what equipment you have (a chair, a mat, a pair of dumbbells, or nothing at all), how hard you would like it, and how long you have. Each day it picks a session that fits, and a coach counts you through it out loud, so you can watch the movement instead of the screen.

• Five coach voices, in English or Mandarin Chinese • Every exercise has a demonstration, and the steps are captioned • Gentle, moderate and challenging levels • Pause, skip and undo at any time • Works on iPhone and iPad, in light and dark mode

Private by design: no account, no sign-in, no ads, no tracking. Your preferences are stored only on your device, and the app makes no network requests.

Please read before you start: DongDong's workouts have not been reviewed by a qualified exercise professional, physiotherapist or doctor. They are general exercises for adults, not advice for your body, a treatment or a diagnosis. If you have a health condition, are recovering from an injury, or have not exercised in a while, check with a health professional first. Stop straight away if you feel dizzy, faint, short of breath or unwell, or if you get chest pain.
