### 1/5 — Outdated app, have to sign in every time

The app is not very smart. You have to log in every time with your password. No iPhone face ID, no fingerprint sign in. Certain functions cause the app to crash. Not the most user friendly app. IT dept needs a complete overhaul on this one.

This app worked for a few months, but now it shows a blank white screen. This isn’t breaking news, as others have reported the same and yet no updates. Deleting and redownloading doesn’t resolve it. Donlen wants you to report mileage but makes it infinitely harder to do so. I wonder why.

I go to app -I see nothing but a blank screen with a question mark at the bottom. I click on question mark and it ask how can I help -but there is no help. I remove app and re-upload app -same problem. Have no idea how to get it fixed and I need to log my miles for last month.

I was forced to update to 4.0.1206 and now it gives a blank white screen on both iPhone and iPad. I assume I must update iOS on both devices, but what a stupid update!  This is a load of crap!

This app is terrible and frustrating to use. 1) Does not allow for face recognition to login. 2) If you are using a username/password that is pasted in from you iCloud Keychain, the login button won’t work until you manually delete the last character of your password and manually type it in. 3) Takes numerous clicks to just get to where you report mileage (and quite frankly, this is the primary reason that vast manly of us use it). 4) The formatting of the mileage reporting is confusing and cumbersome. 
All of these hoops to jump through just to report miles - something that should literally take less than a minute, yet this app is so poorly written that it would actually be easier and faster to write it on paper and mail it in.
