## What is Donna?

Donna is a digital assistant that calls your older loved one for friendly conversations, on the phone they already have, cell or landline. You set everything up in this app, and after every call you get a short recap of how they're doing.

Nothing to download, nothing to learn on their end. They just answer and talk.

HOW IT WORKS

1. You set it up. Create a profile for your loved one, pick the days and times Donna should call, and add the reminders and topics they care about. It takes about three minutes.

2. Donna calls them. At each time you chose, she rings their phone for a real conversation. She asks how they're doing, shares updates on the things they love, and works your reminders in naturally ("the Tigers play at 7," "your ride comes at 9:30").

3. You stay in the loop. Minutes after each call, a short recap lands in the app: how they sounded, what they talked about, and anything worth following up on. You also get an alert if they miss a call.

WHAT THE APP GIVES YOU

- Recaps: a short summary after every call, so you always know how they're doing
- Schedule: choose the days and times Donna calls, and change them anytime
- Reminders: one-time, weekly, or daily, delivered in conversation, not as a robotic checklist ("the Oscars are on tonight," "take the trash out before you leave")
- Call now: thinking about them? Have Donna call right away, with a note about what to ask
- Alerts: know right away if a call was missed
- Profile: add their interests and routines, and the conversations get more thoughtful every call

WHAT MAKES DONNA DIFFERENT

- Zero burden on your loved one. No app, no device, no learning. The setup lives on your phone, not theirs.
- Memory. Donna remembers what was said before and keeps them posted on the things they care about without being asked. After a week or two it stops feeling like an interview and starts feeling like she actually knows them.

BUILT ON TRUST

Before Donna ever starts calling regularly, she makes a consent call: she explains she's an AI assistant and asks your loved one if they'd like the calls. Nothing happens until they say yes. Calls are encrypted in transit and at rest, we don't sell data, and we never show ads to seniors.

Donna is not a replacement for calling and visiting. She's one extra touchpoint in the day, on top of the people who already love them, for the small but important things that slip through the cracks even in close families.
