## What is Don't Count Sheep?

You cannot force sleep. But you can give your eyes something slow to follow.

Don't Count Sheep fills the whole screen with a live pattern around one small point. You look at the point. Your eyes stop darting, your attention narrows, and the noise in your head has less room to run. When you have had enough, you stop. That is the whole idea.

WHAT YOU DO
Pick a pattern. Look at the center. Tap once for the controls, tap again to hide them. Nothing else to learn.

TWO MODES
• Sleep — dim, slow visuals for 15 to 45 minutes. The screen eases darker toward the end, so you are not staring into a bright phone when you are almost gone.
• Focus — a short 3 to 10 minute drill. Hold the center. When your eyes wander, bring them back. That is the rep.
