I do like that every time I have contacted the support team they have been very helpful. I know some say it doesn’t work or glitches, but when I talked to the support staff last year they stated that every time our phones update to a new iOS they have to fix their app too. I told them of the problems we were having and they checked back with me weekly until the problem was resolved. ### 1/5 — Awful *2021-09-20* This app will not work or recognize either of boys’ id’s, last year and this year. So frustrating! ### 1/5 — This App is F-ing worthless *2021-07-28* I wish I could give it negative stars, this is our third year of school here at Mt Comfort Elementary School, here in Indiana and supposed to be reliant upon this for meeting at BUS STOPS for pick up and drop off. This has never worked, tried removing the app and redownloading multiple times, different accounts, tried everything, and it still doesn’t work. What the FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF I THINK IM GOING TO WRITE THE SOFTWARE FOR AN APP THAT ACTUALLY WORKS… ### 1/5 — Not very user friendly *2021-07-21* I just downloaded the app for my child’s first year of school, and it will not let me go back because I think I typed something in wrong. It will not validate my child’s information, and it does not recognize my child. There is no way for me to get out of the page that I am stuck in. Currently not a fan of this app. ### 3/5 — Nice to have, be nice if they resize for iPhones. *2020-09-19* I have used this app for a while now and it gets the job done. I would go 4 stars, but the notification boundary stopped working last school year and still doesn’t work, so I can see where the bus is, but I don’t get my notifications when it gets close to our house, like I used to. Also, I have an iPhone XR and I can barely hit the buttons in the top corners of the screen. So it’s annoying to access the menus. ### 1/5 — Buggy *2020-09-17* SO buggy. Disappointing. ### 2/5 — Helpful When It Actually Works *2020-09-14* It took me awhile to get access to the app bc it didn’t recognize my kids student id numbers. Customer service was helpful in getting that resolved, and I was able to utilize the app for about a week. It was very convenient to see exactly how much time my kids had before they needed to step out out to their respective stops. This is going on the third week that it’s completely down. The school advised it was being worked on, but at this point I’m doubtful. ### 1/5 — Crashes when you try to open *2020-09-04* Got it working for about a week then a Update came along and now no iPhone users can open the app without it crashing. It’s going on week 2 of it being down.
