Não faz mais o barulho, não vibra. Já perdi o ponto diversas vezes. Antes era 1000x melhor.

Distância mínima subiu para 500 metros, não informa mais a distância em metros em tempo real, alarme tornou-se o do celular. Consegui piorar em tudo

O app precisou ser refeito do zero porque a versão anterior não estava mais adequada às diretrizes atuais da Apple. Por esse motivo, novas atualizações só puderam ser liberadas após essa reconstrução, usando o formato de alarme aprovado pela Apple.

Sobre a distância mínima, ajustamos para 500 metros porque 250 metros era uma distância muito curta para garantir que o alerta acontecesse com tempo suficiente para você descer no ponto certo, principalmente considerando variações de GPS, velocidade do transporte e tempo de reação.

A distância até o destino continua disponível em tempo real em diferentes lugares: na notificação da tela de bloqueio, na Atividade ao Vivo/Dynamic Island e também no mapa dentro do app. Assim, você consegue acompanhar sua jornada mesmo com o app fechado, vendo se está longe, aproximando, perto ou chegando ao destino.

Também já lançamos novas melhorias, incluindo o despertar somente com vibração, e continuamos trabalhando em ajustes para deixar a experiência cada vez melhor.

Uso no iphone, e por algum motivo ele deixou de ser um app confiável. Por diversas vezes ele simplesmente não desperta. Já configurei, não deixo o celular no modo economia de energia e nem deixo outro app em segundo plano, apenas ele, e ainda assim ele não funciona 100% como deveria. Era muito bom, porém acredito que alguma atualização deixou ele ruim.

Para o IPhone ele não está configurando para deixar o aviso no modo silêncio, apenas vibrar.
Ele apresenta apenas a mensagem visual na tela do aparelho, mas aí não fica funcional, uma vez que ele está no bolso.
A ideia é perfeita, o sistema também, mas é preciso corrigir isso, senão, não tem finalidade o uso! 
Já tentei setar em todas as configurações que existem lá, mas sem sucesso.
