When I open it, I was really surprised to see a metal detector magnetic field detector Wi-Fi device checker. I’m leaving this review because I did feel like they put their heart and soul into this. My only concern is that the app description says “data we used to track you“ is collected. I’ve only recently learned exactly how much data is collected as an individual. I also learned how much data was monitored and collected by my company on my personal cell phone without permission. so I’m just apprehensive to download a device to know if I’m being spied on when it says I’m being tracked. it does allow me to turn off my location, but I have a hard time getting past quote tracking you. “ ### 2/5 — DON’T SPY *2024-07-04* Im 'm sorry to say it doesn't work. It was detecting my dogs water bowl, a picture hanging on the wall, the cover of my notebook, a string that i use to hang my art on the wall and my scrunchie for my hair. It seems to scan anything but what it was designed for. I checked my phone to see if it was malfunctioning but my phone is fine. This is a wonderful device and what it was designed for and there's always room for improvement. Like anything else sometimes it works for some and sometimes it don’t. The needle that’s supposed to point you in the direction it’s at is not even connected to the proximity dot, it’s on top of the meter like there’s a glitch issue, at least for me. When I press start, it doesn’t load anything. I have no idea what it does find, if anything at all. I checked to make sure each of these cameras were on and could see myself through each of them while the app still couldn’t find them. Someone could spy on me with any of those and watch me holding my phone right up to their camera trying to find them.
